As someone who has been playing FUT/Fifa/FC Mobile since 2014, I can defo relate to most of these points you've mentioned, Gary. The early days of Fifa mobile also known as 'FUT' mobile was probably the closest, a football-mobile game could get closest to it's console edition. Then came the rebranded 'Fifa mobile' series and to me this game peaked out during 2018 (FM 18). The card art, the event concepts, and the fact that we got free points every single day was different level!

Glad someone is noticing this. I was playing fc mobile head to head and i keep having people spamming the tackle button and always managing to tackle me as soon as i get close to the goal. After 6 head to head matches and no goal scored i just ragequit the game.

It's not about EA only, the community is problem. They will play whatever shit this company provides. All this big youtubers have power to speak on this matter but rather than they just made this game a gamble simulator.
I love ranting and hate fc mobile 1) Gameplay - Passes are so inconsistent, sometimes it’s the most beautiful through ball you’ve ever seen and other times it’s to another player a mile away from where you wanted the ball to go - Keeping momentum with through/lobbed through balls are horrible, as the animations are so dogshit. One of them in particular is when the player does a little jump over the ball, but accidentally kicks it 75% of the time. - The meta right now is just terrible, it’s not even football. You run straight at the defense and do a couple of skill moves. An alternative method is getting into a little bit of space and power shooting. - Defending is terrible, and it’s been terrible for a while. Center backs feel like semi trucks when trying to sprint, and skill moves put you on ice when you try manually defending. 2) The Market - I don’t think I can think of a worse market system. I don’t understand what was wrong with an auction system - You cannot sell the ranked up versions of expensive players. It’s so simple to fix, let the prices of ranked players go lower than the base. I have a utots Messi which I am sitting on. I need to wait for a market crash to have a chance at selling him - The prices of all the new meta cards are so inflated it’s ridiculous. The market was completely fine before they removed the 6k market picks, now f2ps like me will have to wait months until those cards come down to a reasonable price. - There is now no way to earn coins. Except for gambling and investing, how the hell do EA expect people to get coins. The market picks now are abysmal, every exchange pack is untradeable, and events give out all untradeable gamble packs. I may add more if I’m not lazy -

Fc mobile is unoptimized and doesn't use any practices of optimization to make older devices or mid-range devices play well on it. Efootball has done optimizations, such as occlusion culling, having more freedom in switching graphics (espeically pes 25 you can change crowd and player graphics freely) and use more optimized assets for their games to avoid unnecessary cpu or gpu usage that affect gameplay. Efootball has improved over the years, even though there are Pay 2 win aspects; it is expected in a free to play game with no ads whatsoever (they gotta feed their family somehow), even when there is script, there is skill. Which makes a player with a decent team beat a player with a goated team
The quality of this video is crazy and one of my most anticipated videos I am an FC Mobile Player and I understand all of this and I also agree with you the games are scripted, Untreadable players are bad. This game is down bad.
When you mentioned about the AI matches we had during the 17or 18 fifa mobile I remembered one thing. Yes the AI was stupid but the fineses shot were op. I remember using totw lazano who was just a 83 rated card to defeat juve at my first try. But now my 105 ovr team with MVB st more than 140 pace and finese shot traits is not able to score to save his life😂. It's like an invisible wall. I have played fifa mobile since 2016. There were p2w players back then as well but the f2p had fun too. I remember getting good cards for reaching fifa champion.( Anyone remember the dybala card?). We had some cool exchange like flash back, domination( damn that Rodrigues card) etc. But now we get useless fodder which is not useful to anyone. They neither get into your team nor they provide you with any value. Lastly the untradables have killed the game. I still have no clue what to do with all these untradables when there are no good options to use them. It's really nice to have at least one creator in the community who is conscious about the state of the game and not concentrating on crazy pack opening and market tips for a dead market

Yeah. They increased AI,but didn't fix defending. With tackling the ball goes back to the opponent,it sticks to the opponent's feet, or your player doesn't tackle at all.

One of the things I hate is how there are so many traits within the games database but they only use the same old traits 90% of the time, and also pretty pissy how they just remove traits from new cards for no apparent reason. Like the new Yashin card randomly got Puncher trait removed. No explanation… I could say the same for Mbappe having speed dribbler removed in multiple cards and Mbappe having solid player removed… Same for Heung Min Son…

The Inception FC of FC Mobile 😂 In all seriousness, I’ve played Fifa mobile here and there since I didn’t have a console growing up. I first downloaded the game back when it was called 15 Ultimate Team. It was really enjoyable and there was so much movement on the pitch. After downloading it again when the pandemic hit I was surprised how sluggish and emphasized the movements of the players were. It was like each player had a giant weight holding back there movement. Like that one scene where Goku removes his weighted clothes. And sometimes you’d get gameplay were your players become super responsive where each touch of the ball is super precise. I went searching on YT to find out why this was the case, maybe that only happens when you go against higher OVR’s I thought. Turns out console has the same issue, which is how I found Inception FC. To sum it all up the developers seem to be really incompetent with their game. EA Sports only thrives on their player bases addiction on Packs and other RNG based micro-transactions. At this point EA FC games are all psychologically developed for addiction not for the players experience to enjoy.
As someone who has played Fifa Mobile 23 and FC 24 and sometimes plays the updates over time and then switced to Efootball Mobile 2023. I can confirm that Efootball clearly beats Fifa Mobile / FC Mobile without a doubt. The graphics, updates, and it actually being difficult are something that Fifa Mobile / FC Mobile cannot compete with.

i only playing the game for the sake of building my team, collect cards of my favourite players, i avoid h2h match as much as possible now, the players feel like they have no chemistry between each other and it shows with the passing, pass to a player inside instead of stop to take the ball the a.i keep running and awkwardly running back to take the ball then lose it, the passer dont pass upward with an inside pass when the players inside is make a run, no chemistry shows strongly when you are throwing and taking free kick in your half too, if the opponent is pressing they just gonna block all of your choice to throw or pass without your team a.i try to move out of the opponent marking, the big f no chemistry also shows when you are dribbling at the wings and literally teammate a.i decide to no approach you for you to make an escape pass and leaving you on your own dribbling between the opponent's 3 4 defenders and obviously lose the ball, one more itch that is when the kick off start the damn a.i is just to dumb to make a run on itself and just stand there? literally every effing football match irl the one that do the kick off will automatically run up, i know there is a trigger run, but that shii is just too inconvenience

Your previous video inspired me to download the game. I built a 90 OVR team in the first day with FTP. A kick-off FIFA team with 90ovr would be impossible or contain the only 11 people in the world to do that. I have a big problem with rating inflation, I hate that I can see a 105 rated Ronaldo on the other team scoring volleys form the middle of the pitch. Nevertheless, I built a 60OVR team from the worst players I had, put strikers in defense and center backs in the attack, and won the team with the 105 Ronaldo.... Relatively fun...
I happened to just start playing this game again after some number of years. Been playing it for about a week and all I’ve found myself doing while playing is getting hyper irritated and persistently exclaiming, “ this game is a piece of shit!!!” ,”this game is so shit!” “Wtf?!, I didn’t do that, this is such a shit game!”. Etc, etc. non stop. Of course your video just popped up on my feed and Hallelujah! It’s good to know, I’m not alone. Left EA for Konami on PC round about fifa 2000, what was I even thinking coming back to EA overflowed, blocked shitter? Sticking with The Konami flowing forested river ways, waterfalls, rapids and smoother soothing meandering flow from now on. when i played manager mode, i got matched up with an amateur III even though i was world class III which ended up being 6-0 but it just takes the fun out of it cuz when you have challenging ooponents, it's more fun.
I've played this game since Fifa 22 mobile,and just yesterday i found out how overpowered a 5 defender lineup was,i always hated using more defense and for the last three years I've always played a 3 back,and the most it got me is legendary 2,now that I'm playing a 5 back (after Division Rivals reset) i suddenly jumped from WC2 to WC1 and didn't lose a single match,that tells me this game favours playing heavy defense over playing aggressively,and that's bullshit, because irl,the most successful teams are mostly aggressive in their play style,and even balanced between attack and defense is successful,but in this game,only defence is the answer P.S: I'm F2P,i have 102 ovr icon/hero only team,but this game is NOT f2p friendly for new players,if you want to be a f2p,you have to play from start or get EXTREMELY lucky with packs

My ovr is 98 and I'm at legendary 3, and every game I have played, every opponent I have faced has had at least 102 ovr or above and that pissed me off so much it's so unfair.

Idk whats even in vs.attack i was in world class 2 and my team is 102 ovr and every player i went against was like 98 to 101 ovr. But after july every team was now 103 ovr and higher like whats even in legendary 1? 106 only?? Anyways ive been playing for a few 4 months i quit after watching part 1 so yeah ty for that.

Even tho efootball took my kiss shoe messi i paid 25dollars for years ago they still changed him to legendary and i can use him and gameplay is somewhat good compared to ea
