We used to bet on who could kick pins the furthest up the lanes lol one time I kicked one to the foul line, I was 13yr old and we snuck out went midnight bowling and practiced it the pair they put us on the Matt’s musta been bad or something every ten pen spare ended up as a dead wood so we decided to start betting on how far we could kick it up the lanes we use to gamble all the time we almost got threw out of regular league once for betting l, we would bet and pay off outside on the way home lol I quit YABA at 16 and moved up to adults the team I had been a part of for 3 years and we went totally un-defeated for 3 years solid we never lost a game ever our handicap for a 4 teens team was 9 lol and that was the son of the person who ran our league his avg. was 190 *( back then we did 90% of 200 as handicap )* I avg’d 222 my other two buddies one avg’d 231 the other 226, we would start games sometime down almost 500 pins some of the girls like my sister had low avg’s her was 82 she was only there too meet guys, like she was a cheerleader but she couldn’t bend over to bowl she used to claim, so she could show off her ASSets, she could sure bend over for cheerleading though we were the only 3 200+ average bowler on that league then they all turned 18 and had to move up so I moved up with them, now you can bowl kids league till 21 that’s crazy and kids can bowl PBA tournaments in my day if you bowled for any money at all you were considered a Pro by the YABA ad could no longer bowl with the kids there was no well those winning go into a college account
