@@t3hrasterbator Ya, after a few hours, I looked at the screen and stood back a bit to see the IRL dystopian nightmare before my eyes. And this is just paperclips example. What about cola (litres/second) or any of the other Fortune 500 companies? Or Blackrock? Game is fun, no doubt.

12:51 the auto clicker is helping as he said it to 1 millisecond, which means for every second it will click 1000 times meaning that is just over a half million per sec with auto clicker. Very much worth it!!

I got some bad news for you: The game can't register clicks faster than its update rate. So, anything below 20ms is literally a waste of time.

In Victorian England they would use fire clocks as alarm clocks by putting a nail in when they wanted to wake up and setting the candle on a metal plate. When the candle melted the nail would fall and make a noise

At around 17:30 - There's an order of magnitude's worth of difference between lowercase q and uppercase Q. Just so you know. "q" is quadrillion. "Q" is quintillion. ... General rule of thumb is lower case is an order of magnitude smaller than upper case.

I reckon the opposite variation of this game would be an interesting thing, time falling away. Start at a near infinity number of time but not quite. Time would drop at a rapid rate to zero and the goal is to reduce the amount of time dropped.

The metronome isn't a clock in the sense that you can glance at it and know the time, but it is the first precision measurement of time you see in the upgrades. Everything else so far has been kind of wishy-washy approximate time. Really the next clock should have been a pendulum style - basically a hanging metronome - not a wall clock which is really pretty advanced.
