They’re manufactured by Voks in the US.

As Adam said they are from Volks Darts in the USA and they are called Jagger II the original Jagger darts had all of the grippi bump parts in a stereight line, the Jagger IIs have every 2nd row of gripi bumps offset by I think it is 37 deg. They are actually great darts I have a set of them in my collection. The moveable point is to prevent bounce outs theory is if you hit a wire the point will stop at the wire and the dart then hitting the point will drive the point past the wire and into the board. I've thought about this a lot. And I've come to the conclusion that (most) throw with their right arm and to help not wear out that arm as fast you would retrieve the darts with your left arm/hand. I started doing this and I found I like it
