Well, I didn't get timed out, but I did get the only boo of the day... so I got that going for me! And at least you missed the final jump... It should have been a timeout if I'm being honest.
Romans 3:23-24 - 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, How do you get to hell? Very simple: claim that you're innocent. How do you get to heaven? Very simple: Admit that you're not Innocent, you're guilty and ask for mercy. How to know if you're guilty or not? Simply: Compare your life to the Ten Commandments God gave you in the Bible. Everyone agrees that if people followed the ten commandments there would be no need for governments or police. Do not lie. Do not steal. Do not commit adultery. Do not insult God by using his name as a cuss word. There are six more but let's just leave it at that. How many lies have you told in your life? Have you ever taken anything that didn't belong to you? Jesus said, if you look at a women lustfully you've already committed adultery in your heart with that woman. How many times a day do you do that? Do you use God's name as a cuss word? Would you do that with your own mother's name? If you answer these questions honestly you know that you're guilty. God can justly punish you and send you to hell. Ask him for mercy. His name is Jesus. It's as simple as this, The Ten Commandments are called the moral law. You and I broke God's laws. Jesus paid the fine. The fine is death. Ezekiel 18:20 - "The soul who sins shall die. That's why Jesus had to die on the cross for our sins. This is why God is able to give us Mercy. Option A. You die for your own sins. Option B. Ask for mercy and accept that Jesus died for you.
@Marco Nasaruk If you go back in some of his (some quite old) youtube streams, and even his first thanksgiving video, he clearly states how he is thankful for his faith, he and Amanda were talking during a SMB3 Stream about a Preacher they had listened to who they really liked, never uses the Lord name in vain, and other things to show he not only was a Christian, but has retained that Faith throughout his Life.
Glad you liked it. I got the idea from those old school educational “Carmen Sandiego” games. Using information from an outside source to progress through the game. It’s not a great level, but I’d love to see a talented level maker take the idea and run with it. Plus, God’s Word has been proclaimed to several thousand people. I’m thankful for that.
Revelation 3:15-16 KJV I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
The chat was rough on that last one. Thought that was pretty creative (even from a non-religious view). Also hope you go back and do that one you couldn't finish because that was also a nice level.
I’d LOVE that. I don’t know how to go about making that happen though. It seems pretty tough to get him to player viewer levels. I was blessed to have Dave play it though.
@@jamesharris6252 your big problem with Dave is that he is Jewish, and so would not know the New Testament... If Carl is too hard maybe go for other streamers like Geek, Chichiri, Tanuki Dan or Shoujo and if they like it see if they can reccomend it to Carl (upload a new version where you fix the cheese though...
(The Roman Road) I had my Bible out for every verse as they came up because I was curious how the verses helped beat the level, so please beat the level with no cheese.
I feel like you should change up the system to something like _I play your level for (10) minutes and if its good (or chat votes accordingly) you continue_ because for everyone its so unsatisfying when you just stop a good level that you could have beaten with a few more lives..
It seemed like he was immediately confused despite having just read the instruction to look up the verses for hints and then fixated on the goal as soon as he saw it ignoring the rest of the level, it's a shame cuz I would've liked to see it played as intended.
12:25 you don’t want me. I would only bring up the average. 10/10. Also you still had time on the clock for the second attempt. I am upset you didn’t give it it’s fair due.
I like how creative the courses are, my favorites were the bomb factory and the Roman's Road. The Roman's Road is actually more like a life map. It starts out saying that none of us deserve God's love or can do anything to win God's love. Hence Mario went down the pit, he fell short of the doors. (Romans 3:9-12) Next, it says that since we do bad things, we deserve to go to Hell. For we can never meet God's standards. (Romans 6:23) However, God made a loophole for us. Jesus came to earth and lived a perfect life and because He did no wrong, he died for the wrongs of everyone else. Everyone in the past, present, and future. (Romans 5:8) Now, anyone, anywhere can receive this free gift of Jesus dying for us and instead of going to hell, we can go to heaven instead. (Romans 10:9-10) I know when I first heard about Jesus I was like, free gift? nothing is free. I also expected an easier life but no, life is still hard and I still have many challenges. It's just with having faith in Jesus, it is much easier for me to deal with life. ...that and watching these great DGR videos. :)
That last one woulda been more fun if you actually looked em up...easy to google. Hell of a lot more fun than watching you cheese shit for the 47893217483291th time.
Yeah I like cheese as much as the next guy, but he didn't even try to do the level the intended way cuz he was so fixated on making that jump, I actually wanted to see how that level played out doing it normally XD
nothing says 'dave' like spending 10 minutes doing 1 jump that isnt needed when probably could have just finished it normally in just a few minutes. but hey, it gave him a reason to put on the stupid hat, right? .... right?
Roman 3:23 : “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”. - fall into the pit. Roman 3:10 : “There is no one righteous, not even one”. - Don’t pick pipe one.
@@gowildler God is infinitely stronger than the devil. They are not opposites. Our flesh and sinful nature is a way bigger enemy to salvation than the devil ever could hope to be.
Ain't nobody gets to God without Jesus, no matter how pure you are. :) The level's right, we all fall short, but the cross, not the cheesy Bullet Bill, bridges the gap.
I'm not even religious and even I knew those were bible references, to be honest the level would have took you less time to actually search for the bible references
The Bible verse is “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” And the one in the description is “There is a way that appears right, but in the end it leads to death”.
Yep. DGR took THAT way by cheesing the level and skipping over the single most important message every human could ever hear! I will miss you in heaven, DGR.
yea, you arnt alone. getting kind of sick of people who look to 'cheese' a level that isnt that difficult to begin with. and dave does it all the freaking time
I just remembered I have Twitch installed and that I could totally go to one of your streams! I hope my memory, that said streams are usually in the evening around 7 or 8 P.M., is correct. Maybe I'll get to be at the next one~
You didn't need to go through that anti a second time. Just get the spikeball and jump up where the broken block was, without triggering any of the other blocks first.
I just thought of a troll level idea. In Canada, we have a brand called "No Name", basically, its a very cheap no frills off brand that always comes in solid yellow packaging. "NN Troll Level Bridge not included" Have it be a very average, rather bland troll level consisting of feesh. Just for the Canadian players
I’m not sure how to implement this or if it’s even possible, but if you could make it so that a viewer could only vote a number once per stream that might make the totals a bit more interesting
Luke 9:23 King James Version 23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
There exist between 20,000 and 25,000 ancient manuscripts of the New Testament in early translations to Syriac, Coptic, Latin, Armenian, Georgian, and Gothic. There are three primary Greek manuscripts of the New Testament from hundreds of years before the time of Muhammad
