Personally just once I'd like to see a video of nothing but folds lol. We always only see what you play I'd like to see when what hands you fold pre-flop. Or maybe a compilation of an entire session which hands you folded and which you played. Never seen a video like that from a pro I think it would be interesting.
Super hard to do so. A lot of players fall in love with their trips only to realize they’ve been dog walked the whole way through by a player who nailed their full house … 1-2 streets ago.
...and if it all goes tits up for Brad, his humour will ensure a job will be waiting for him in the UK - they love that dry, sarcastic and often quick witted humour he possesses!
Another great vlog from you Brad. I do, however, disagree with you having to buy Jake dinner. Based on the action, Jake should not have seen the flop. The fact he did and hit trips, together with the cards that came out on the turn, the betting, and then the river card and the betting, surely he should have called?!?! I'm lost on that hand or is it the amature mistake that you pro's make once in a while, 50/50 whether one should call a 3 raise with the cards you (Jake) has, and then you get a flop that is almost brilliant (making a FH or 3, 4 and 5 rainbow being the muts nuts above the almost) but at the same time as being almost brilliant it is also almost terrible? Does that makes sense or am I speaking Swahili, as normal)?
is this video a repost?! i distincly remember the aces bluff/value merge bet. Why is content being reused. brad plays enough poker not to recycle videos..... double you tee eff
Bottomline is you aren't yet bankrolled enough to play at this stakes. If you were you'd never have folded the 8's after your re-raise to 1600 in the first hand. You just didn't want to gamble the 10K. Facts.
His hand is so unlikely to improve and, unimproved, will most likely not win at showdown. Best hand at that time? Maybe. Best hand after the river? Unlikely. What stakes do you play, btw?
