Lakshmi mittal has not given up his indian citizenship which is good otherwise the NRI indians are extremely arrogant. Mittal did a good thing by moving out of india so that he is living a better life style at the same time he knew in my view even if u take other country citizenship native people wont accept u and secondly he must have seen the class and behavior of NRI indians.
