So even the reprint stock has print lines on the pokeball reverse holos? How can you be sure it's reprint stock and not old stock?

i cannot be 100% sure but it’s just a judgment call based on a multitude of factors: Being preorders releasing on 18 April from a reputable Seller. I preordered in early April and didn’t get charged for it. If it really was held back stock I should have been charged immediately. The release date also matched up with the reprint release date in Japan. Also, the main QC issue with 151 in the first wave was not the rev holos, it’s more the back of cards being cut roughly and with sometimes significant whitening on it. In the two boxes I opened it felt much better
