I think if they made portals for the rubicons with 30 to 45% reduction, youd spin em no problem. A 4" portal would be perfect. If it could stay compact as some of the atvs are too big with 40s and what not.

First question...rancher has a 53% GR. However, first gear is 11-12% longer than a Rubicon. The secondary gear is 4% longer than a Rubicon. Combined between the two...and the fact that we welded his front diff which provides an extra 20% traction means its like having a 35% in a Foreman/Rubicon but with less displacement, power, and tq. The XMR finally got his xm310 and he did wayy better than he used to in the mud. They kick a crap ton of sand and do dig but in the mud with alot of wheel speed, they do well. I wouldnt put them on a Honda though. .02
Always take them off. Sway bars limit independent movement of the a arms. They arent helpful in off road situations in any way. They are great for controlling body roll on road when driving fast. Thats it.
Ok so I seem to ride in similar areas I’m in sw Florida so tons of water and mud and obviously dry during dryer seasons. What would be a good 30” mud/water riding tire you seem test a lot of tire and have a lot of experience with them appreciate it !

Ive replaced one wheel bearing on my machine since 2017. Yellow one never has. My brake pads are shot but I havent replaced them. I want the Xtreme Parts brass brake pads and new rotors soon.
How do the new Honda diffs hold up against all of the water? I know the old Honda’s are a pain because you can not keep the water out causing seals to go bad.
On cvt machines they have belt intake and belt exhaust plus the engine snorkel. I bought the riser for $30 and the rest of the snorkel is from Lowes :)
