It really sounds like and looks like a brazilian opala The opala was a brazilian only chevy that came with the 4.1L gm straight 6 and we really love to boost thoose engines
Someone put 8 turbos on a 57 Chevy years ago it was in a magazine, he named it "Incinerator" and he even had an electric hood that slowly opened!! It was crazy at the time, back in the late 90's I think it was.
As much as I love these experimental videos, I always wonder. Why don't you ever use something like Grid Small Pure or Gridmap for the top speed test, since they're much easier to reach top speeds?
Ooh yeah, 6 tiny intercoolers and 6 throttle bodies, it would even work better IRL if you ever saw that 8 turbo Mustang Foxbody, it had issues with uneven boost and some turbos had oil puking out the front of the compressor, and that was with the turbos feeding one single large throttle body.
Im getting Barra vibes here. Those things will literally take any turbo setup and proceed to laugh at you as it does 900mph burnouts slamming the rev limiter
No, it doesn't.... There is one throttle body as i can see. Depending on the crankshaft pattern (flatplane or crossplane) and camshaft duration, it's more likely that boost (32psi) could divide in 2 cylinders, and not 6.... I'm really boring to do the math calculations though 😅
Man has dose-pipe style flutter with no dose pipes installed, and has a single exit exhaust sound with zoomies. -50 out of 10, not enough dedication to accuracy. /s
Seria muito legal se desse para modificar os motores 6 silindros das versões de entrada dos musiclers, imagina colocar um turbo frigideira saindo para fora do capo!
there's NO way a 6 turbo 6 banger would hit two bars of pressure, have no lag and a broad torque band... let alone make 800ish bhp, even on methanol lmao. it'd need some kind of compounding..
