LOL Also just by his blistering speeds and constant smile so I think I have found the perfect combination lol. The torque definitely did not break the chain. The 85cc two stroke motocross bikes are pushing 25hp and use a 420 chain. Cool project though, you can probably ride for a week on three gallons of fuel.

I guess its probably a good thing diesel doesnt go bad like gas does it can sit for 10 years and be put in a fuel tank andbrun through an engine and it will run like the diesel is a day old

I have watched a few of your vids now. First, let me say you are a creator and a salvage artist. Second, you have some cool ideas. Lastly, your not building structually safe framing on your builds. When you join two pieces of frame tube together you need to be slugging them for strength at the joint. It will help prevent stress cracking in the long run.

It's funny enough I'm here. I walked in the park with my kid and love his imagination as a JK kid. He imagines his bike as "quadbike." He shouted at osme guy "I have a diesel quadbike" and guy was surprised and said "a diesel? I have a gasoline one at home." (sounded like he was competing with a child. Pathetic). I searched the web and glad that it's possible. I'm glad this can help kids achieve their dreams. He loves building stuff, too. Never shut kids dreams down! for some real fun Visit T-Boltusa online and order a 140cc ,/155/160 GPX or Pister Pro .. crate Pitbike motor the Lifan engines do not come close in terms of RPM and power .. .. i had a CT70 with a PP 140cc .. and with stock gearing it ran faster than the 45MPH speedo and would easily power whelie all 4 gears .. the PP n GPX motors are redlined @ 13K RPM and teh 140cc in stock form was rated @ 12.5 HP

4:16 shouldnt there be a bushing (something to give inner support) & outer plate incorporating the 4 bolts keeping sprocket centered (not to mention adding even more support)both ends welded just a thought not criticizm .............. ok back to edit 7:25 shows twisting ......... back again exactly what i thought would happen happened still had fun tho

Yeah it made big difference. But u have to turn the fuel up on it. I got my turbo off of eBay. It’s made for 100cc up to 900cc. I will try to find the turbo numbers for u.

Tiny atv. You look like smokey the bear on a tricycle. Those minis have junk axles. And rims. Soft as crap. Bend with just your weight alone. Unbelievable you were able to get it mounted and rode it like you did without bending the axle and wheels

Is this one of those Chinese diesels? They will run on used fry oil. Very cheap, and they'll keep chugging forever

I have the same diesel, there is not very much throttle movement and would like to have seen what you did there. Also your compression must be low, mine will rip your arm off pull starting it, I even managed to start it reverse. Even the battery has a hard time starting it, best is to hold the decompression down for a second go around.

All that work and fabrication and you didn’t use fresh fuel?? Come on get a thick washer with the center hole the same size as the axle and slide it on and weld the washer to the pipe extension and then bolt on the sprocket.

It probably worked for like a week. Too much tork on those bolts from the train. You can see the bolts tweak right away.

The amazing thing is that you can run that engine on used veg oil or any kind of food oil.... and smell like french fries while rolling coal and running on free fuel

The torque converter does the magic in this build. Without it, this would be too mild to be interesting.
