Which longer ones? I can't testify how good those other ones work but with these you are NOT flipping over.

I got a 35lb thrust trolling motor, if you do some research you'll see that more thrust will not make you go faster and its just more expensive.

I have my setup shown in my previous videos! Just a $35 kayak rack and some ratchet straps from Home Depot

Yeah it does go slightly deep but the thing is if it is not in the water (or barely in it) then it doesn't provide very good stabilization.

For the entire motor setup it was around $350

He doesn't have to unless he has a outboard

Still need to register even with a trolling motor.

@@califishing5026 hmm I see i thought only outboards. Mine is registered. Since I have a 2.5hp motor on my mine.

Nice ya I'm not sure if I want the trolling motor or the honda bf 2.3.

@@califishing5026 i got the new Yamaha 2.5 super strong and reliable. Suzuki is the best lightest motor. Fuel they are almost all the same. I would recommend the Suzuki 2.5. I have a TI hobie so I took the extra weight and its super reliable. Either way those three choices of motors you can't go wrong

Oh I saw it’s Capitola. We fished around Santa Cruz on the same day and it was really slow until about 1pm, and the fish started biting. We ended up with 8 rockfish each, not bad for a winter day.
