I've said this before and I'll say it again, seeing Wolf IRL is just something else, like I dunno, I feel like he should be an actual Wolf. His voice almost feels disembodied coming from a human 💀 (In a good way of course)
Wolf, I cannot tell you how much this means to me. My bhaptics vest has pulled me deeper into VR and towards PCVR, and by now I have made over 50 (!) mods for PCVR games to add bhaptics to them. And for many of them, I watched your videos to get an impression to which effects I should add haptics. I kind of associate your videos with the bhaptics implementation probably more than anybody else. What a great day!
@@sky0kast0 More than one. ;-) Yes, I made most mods for bhaptics because I just like the system best. But I've made quite a few for the OWO skin now, and for ProTube recoil gear as well. 😎
@@TacoFum Popular is hard to tell, not a lot of people tell me when they play my mods. 😅 The biggest and most important mods were already done by Shizof when I got my vest, so those are not mine (Skyrim, Alyx, Blade & Sorcery, Boneworks). I personally like my mods for Zenith (the devs made it native, but poorly), Vertigo 1 and 2 (2 has been copy-pasted to native by the dev), Until You Fall, The Light Brigade, The Forest VR (not my game, but I like the mod), ... There are so many.
Thrill of the fight measures velocity of punches. You weren't knocking him out because... well Wolf. You don't have very much velocity on those punches lol. This is more like a sim than a game so not every punch is thrown to knockout but you use light punches to set up the big ones. Like your body body head. Light body to setup a big right hand. I need to get me that Haptic vest though. Fun to watch and would be a blast to use
One thing I knew about Haptic suits is that you can change the sensitivities of the sensors but going to 100% sensitivity will be feeling a lot of pain
I love this vest. Have been using for a couple of years now and it adds so much to the experience. Highly recommended if you like VR. It's not about "feeling pain or hits" like some think. It adds immersion in every aspect of games. Even shooting ads recoil on the shoulder you're holding the gun. Using a rifle or a shotgun gives lots of vibration. It also actually ads to gameplay, as you can immediately feel being hit on the back when there is an enemy right behind you.
Sadly, the (pretty good) bhaptics implementation in Blade & Sorcery has broken with the 1.0 update. The devs are working on getting it back, but right now, there is no bhaptics with the game. 😞
Yes! Finally! You played so many games that support it. I hope you will play a horror game with it. First time you feel something touching your back when in a haunted house scars you for life. 😅
fyi: thrill of the fight tracks the movement of the punch to calculate momentum. so flailing or just speed punching won't deliver a powerful hit, which makes it different from drunken bar fight or similar games.
I sound the same way playing this game. It's crazy that the CPU hits me like 8 times and I see stars. Yet, when I land 254 power punches, the CPU only goes down twice in each round! I love it :)
This would be very cool for games with inventory where you can feel the items on your back. Would be very useful in games like blade and sorcery and Walking Dead.
Lololololololololol, I remember being Wolf in this title, I vote we all encourage Wolf to do one episode of this a month for a series, it's just infrequent enough that it won't get him into shape and reduce the hilarity, but just frequent enough to not be too much of the same thing. Thumbs up for a series!!!

Hello Wolf, tell me have you ever heard of Freeaim VR shoes? If not, it’s this Space-saving VR locomotion startup in the form of two treadmills you strap to each foot, and perhaps once they have a working product available, you could ask them to send you a pair to potentially promote an ongoing revolution in VR movement controls that may very well render joystick movement in VR, obsolete.
Thanks for the tutorial for the BHaptics vest. I really like when you are in the Boxing game and you did very good. Just wanted to say that Referee you kept punching on, his face looks like Star Trek Doctor in the Voyager series. LOL!!!! I bet that game does give you a good workout according to other commenters.. If it works on the game, can you do this on yeeps hide and seek? It has gorilla tag movement and it’s more of hide and go seek tag, but when you get tagged you’re pierced with a needle.
I'm pretty sure there's a sensitivity/feedback setting that let's you adjust the intensity and most people I see max it out and in my experience with racing Sims maxing out the feedback is actually a death sentence so I'd assume it'd be similar with the haptic vest

Why did he stop continuing waltz of wizard nature's magic series when he said he'll come back to it and it has been 2 years and he hasn't come back to it
While you doing blade and sorcery you completely missed the bosses. If you want to get the bosses get 3-4 maps Spoiler warning \/\/\/\/\/ When you unlock a boss you have to select the level and fight some guys(I found some shortcuts) and the sighs you getting close is by a bridge with the middle narrow down and a crystal you have to destroy to go down(don’t worry there’s a pad to slow you down). Down here is more spoilers Once you reach the boss fight room a cool big golem will scream at you and you have to destroy purple crystals on him and some of them are locked so you to destroy similar crystals like before you enter the room. Once you destroy one of them he gets stunned so you destroy the next one on him. Keep doing that until his head grows purple then hit his face and pull the crystal form his face. Once you get the crystal take it to the open door then put it inside the thingy in the middle then you select a skill you want(each one you can choose three times but only once). I won’t say no more so you have to find out by yourself
Do you have any experience shootings guns? Im just curious how accurate the feeling is. If your shooting a fairly decent caliber gun, you can definitely feel the shockwave go across your body.
