my favorite headcanon is that Patrick is actually secretly a genius and only acts stupid to avoid his intellegence being questioned... I mean...he's done some PRETTY big brain stuff.
How people portray the Sans fight: Sans wears his brother’s scarf, giving terrible hints at you to make you feel horrible and reset How the Sans fight actually went: 1:30
@@amphioxusanniversary minus the scarf part. But the way I see it is Sans is more like "Aw fricc my bro's dead... I guess like 2 hours until the human resets?"
@@rocket2995 If you kill Papyrus in a neutral run, sure. Sans won't fight you because he knows/suspects you'll reset. He only gets off his ass at the end of the genocide run because he sees the timeline(s) end permanently and doesn't know Chara can/will recreate the world at the cost of your soul. He might be having fun trolling the hell out of the player during his fight, but if he were just biding time until the human reset, the easiest way would be to be, well, free EXP. Allow the human to get genocide out of their system and do something more interesting next run. (There's some beautifully ironic meta elements too, since Sans wants nothing more than for his brother to be happy and for his life to stop being a Groundhog Day nightmare, but I'm pretty sure a good chunk of players only reset and did Geno because they wanted to fight Sans.)
• Soundbite Raptor • no it was originally from the episode when spongebob broke his butt and became a recluse, the birthday special was just a callback to it
my favorite thing about this is that patrick is acting like that during the “goodness lessons” because he’s clueless, but sans would do all of that because he’s a little shit who loves messing with people
so cool, so cool, so cool, so cool, Sans what are you doing? so cool, so cool, Sans? so cool, so cool, SANS! so cool, so cool, so cool, SHUT THE FUCK UP SANS!
@@beecat97 It's the ingredients of the formula. Lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, secret sauce, beef patty and the bun. All that's missing are, of course, the pickles.
I love how the switch of characters take some of Patrick’s lines and turns them from irritatingly stupid to those around him to deliberately annoying others by playing dumb.
One of the reasons I love this crossovers is that, by placing Sans as Patrick and Alphys as SpongeBob, you have one of my favourite headcannons: those two nerds as best science friends.
I hate that Patrick can become so intimidating just by imagining him being sarcastic. Like if it's all sarcasm he's not stupid, hes just toying with you.
My headcanon for the "goodness lessons" is that it’s a post Genocide Pacifist ending. Frisk is living with Toriel but she mentions to the others Frisk has been "acting strangely" lately (more murdery than usual). Sans knows what's up so he suggests him and Alphys talk to them. Alphys is well meaning but Sans is just using it as a cover to humiliate/torture Chara.
Papyrus: okay, how many of you have played musical instruments before Flowey: Do instruments of torture count? Papyrus: No Sans: *is mayonnaise and instrument?* Papyrus: No sans mayonnaise is not an instrument Sans: *raises his hand Papyrus: horse radish is not an instrument either
The best part about this is that since Sans voice is Patrick's, Toby Fox himself likely watched SpongeBob imagining each character as Undertale characters some point in development.
Human: Isn't this a human soul? Asgore: yep And you can cross the barrier with just one? Yep If that's the case you could just go get the other 6 from the surface That makes sense to me Then go to the surface We must remain here until another human falls down
The surface has hundreds of humans with guns and tanks, and he's just one monster with a human soul. Sure, it gives him plenty of power, but he's still quite prone to *dying* since Asriel died when he had Chara's soul. While if a human falls down in their territory, they're pretty much defenseless and outnumbered, and way easier to deal with. Unless they have a knife and a murderous spirit inside them, I guess.
Cannon sans is kinda the funny/tragic character like this: ''Hahaha i make jokes and puns but im also dead inside because i know you can reset time and even if we get out. You just can just put us all back here again and kill us or do the same again and i would not even remember anything but still i keep that promise to that old lady because im very good friends with her, even if that means that you'd end up killing her, my brother and everybody else and i would do nothing to stop you because it's impossible even if i tried.....also i like drinking ketchup even if im a skeleton'' While fannon sans is just his tragic side.
It's amazing how, by simply changing the facial expressions and body movements during the Manray bit, you turned Patrick's total idiocy into Sans' smug sarcasm.
“Sans, why did you just walk into the core?!” “Alphys, you can’t always expect my usual brand of stupidity. I like to mix it up. Keep ya on your toes!”
Name: Sans, Sans the skeleton UnderTale Age: old enough to “befriend” your mom Hair color: none Blood type: ketchup *O h w o w a d r i v e r ‘ s l i c e n s e*
Things I love about this video: Undyne’s happy face when she explains her costume. Papyrus’ realistic skeleton face upon imagining hot Mettaton. Flowey is smol. EVERY SCENE WITH SANS TORMENTING THE GENOCIDAL HUMAN.
“It’s becoming increasingly obvious” *“I can DENY IT NO LONGER!”* “I am smol.” Alphys: complaining Sans: p u r e c o m e d y “I do my scales- ” *“HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII-YAH-”*
I'm having trouble not hearing all these voices for the characters now. Spongebob as Alphys, perfect Patrick as Sans, perfect Plankton as Flowey, perfect Squidward as Papyrus, strange but somehow works really well Sandy as Undyne, thematically really funny and the voice kind of works
@@aylanip7995 Many years later on your deathbed, after you two formed a friendship, he will ask "remember when you took away my 69 likes?" and then unplug your life support.
I know you posted this a month ago but I have knowledge that needs to be shared even you might already know it. Clancy Brown plays Mr. Krabs and Hank Anderson in Detroit Become Human. It's so hard to not imagine Hanks lines coming from Mr. Krabs escpessially when its SO MUCH cursing.
@@joz- holy moly, that's really cool!! I always forget that voice actors can have different roles that what I know them for, however now that you've put it like that I can just imagine Patrick telling Spongebob (imagine spongebob is Conor) to get lost bc hes having a drink lol
Okay but honestly your drawing skill amazes me. Not only do I love very expression frisk made. But you're also really good at drawing sans and I've been trying to draw him since 2016 and I just. Cant.
“Patrick’s voice is too stupid for Sans” The last video: “Nah, I still don’t think it fits.” This video: Do you not remember how hard Sans’ troll game was in actual game? 😂
*I will forever hear in my head* Patricks voice as Sans Squidwards voice as Papyrus Planktons voice as Flowey Sandy's voice as Undyne Spongebobs voice as Alphys Mr. Krabs voice as Asgore And Mrs. Puffs voice as Toriel *WHY DO THEY FIT SO WELL?* thank you for this
I find it funny that people headcanon Papyrus's voice as Squiward since their personalities are complete opposites, Papyrus acts more like Spongebob tbh but I guess his tone of voice fits with Squiward's nasally voice, but like Papyrus is so innocent, cheerful and positive while Squiward is mean, clinical and negative.
