Ahhh… So many memories of the first time I used a dump attachment... I know, you know going forward to open tailgate from the top. And when you were throwing the concrete in there I was like there goes the first couple scratches!! Hoping all is well Bud, Dirty Jersey out!!
@@CalebsPropertyMaintenance I have the utmost confidence you're a quick learner. And I know exactly why you didn't edit it out. If it saves one person from making the same mistake then you're job is done. Stay Blessed Bud. Dirty Jersey out again!!
I was watching when you went to dump it and was yelling NOOOO. With almost all loads ya have to drop the tailgate from the top. I thought it broke the tailgate. Lesson learned. Looks great. 👍
Live and learn... open the tailgate when dumping anything bigger than the opening. The tailgate will also protect the bumper from whatever is coming out.
@@CalebsPropertyMaintenance Also please lower the tailgate the other way, that was SUPER dangerous what you were doing trying to stand there pulling on the load. DON'T ever do that again, PLEASE! SAFETY first! I have seen guys get crushed or crush limbs trying to do that.
Lol, thanks for sharing bro. My neighbor always tells me: "you have to be smarter than the tool you are using" when he sees me doing something like that. I saw that coming as soon as I saw you pull those lower pins. Congrats on the sweet dump insert even though it's been couple years. Still using it?
nice intro 😂 nice of the neighbor to help, but if you didn't have anybody, you could have laid that big chunk on the pile in the grass, and used one of the smaller pieces to break it ( that's one of the many reasons i keep a 3lb engineering hammer in my truck, though ). that tailgate seems a little flimsy, be watchful of it.
@@CalebsPropertyMaintenance nice bro I got a Mansory business also here in pa and I would like to get a dump insert like yours where did you get your dump insert?
@@CalebsPropertyMaintenance I can't wait to see it. I really want to purchase one, but want "real person" opinions. You can look at the dealer videos that tell you about it, but that doesn't explain how well they hold up, the pro and cons, etc. Thanks Caleb for posting these videos. Lol, I have to admit about the dumping of the rocks, I thought for sure it was going to leave a bruise on that bumper, nice truck by the way.
