Hey everyone! It's Kutch here, and I recently quit my 9-5 job after learning 5 important life lessons. In this video, I'll share my story of taking that leap without a backup plan and how it all happened.

What was your salary? Do Rapido, Swiggy, Zomato, big basket etc delivery jobs. Nice money. Full freedom. When Ola was new, its drivers were getting 1.5 lac Rs per month whereas topmost IT persons were hardly getting 30k per month.

I don't know what were your job but in tier-1/2 cities there are lot of temporary options. As someone correctly said drive rapido, Zomato you will quickly get onboarded and can earn minimum 35k. Night you can work on getting new job.

F*ck off all haters on the comment section...you guys are fit only for 9-5 jobs...go keep doing it ....coming to the video, weak PPL worry before and strong PPL worry later was an epic one. I left my 50k salary job last year purposefully due to pressure and long working hours, now I pursue what I'm good at, and though I earn less I'm happy now and that's what is needed for me. Listening to such advices, 2 of my family members have dropped out of college thinking they will become bill gates. They are telling younger generation that success can be achieved without grueling work that we do at the job.

I think the answer could be that it depends on many factors where you are in life, whether you have any backup, money or people to support you, what your skills are, etc etc. So take the leap based upon your circumstances. Even im stuck i get mails 2 am till morning 5. I need to complete task presentation on time. Also its rotational shift job. I feel like was stuck no way out. The company terminated me in June 2022 and till now I have not found any job yesterday, I got an opportunity to work in an IT company in a simple data entry process but before that, I was very afraid and stressed out fully how to get extra income with quitting a job and I founded some video to do delivery boy job suddenly i feel so scared to go to the job as every day they are pressuring being do all your work with 100% accuracy including the target one day what happened all gone home but I still sit completely the target and even I really I didn't get proper sleep I have worked in the same company in BPO 10 years but after I get and UK country timing job but still not managing anything in my life.

No one should tell you what to do; this decision should be yours alone. Take the time to sit down, analyze everything, and plan your approach. A friend once told me that there's no problem you can't solve if you write it down and thoroughly examine it. You'll find the best solution for yourself. I am not suggesting that you should follow exactly what I did. Here, I am simply sharing my story and how it was possible for me due to various factors. Everyone's path can be completely different. Whether you have a backup plan or not, it's crucial to analyze your own life situation, make choices based on where you want to be, and understand your risk tolerance. Every action has its consequences, good or bad, so you are the best judge of what to do for yourself.

What are you afraid of? Fear stopped me in the past, but I've learned that it doesn't deserve that much importance. Remember, those fears are temporary, and you will gain confidence by doing, not by waiting for the fear to fade. Once you take that step and start, who knows what amazing things are waiting for you and how far you'll go! Just my 2 cents.

Congratulations for getting out of rat race!! Unfortunately, not all the people have this liberty. Think about people who have families to feed. They can't leave their jobs despite of all sort of anxieties, fears, diseases etc becuase they have 2 or 3 more people to feed back home. The way suggested in the video only works if you are a batchlor. Otherwise its very risky. Before leaving your job, always ensure that you have enough income from your option B to feed your family.

No problem if you don't have a backup plan just keep crying about your story and just keep spreading your story to other social handles you will get a lot of sympathy and followers and just do a daily blog like thing or if you are if you are working on a MNC then yes just launched a course you will make money and yes even if you are without a backup plan no problem you will still get money.
