I QUIT My Job After Learning 3 Things with No Backup Plan. 

I quit my job without any Backup, but I'm happy. Every day was tough for me. I love my work, but a good work environment is essential.

This is a sad reality of corporate especially for freshers 😢 I am also in the same situation, but I am just happy that you choose to get out of it and live life on your own terms. But sadly, some people don't have the financial freedom to quit 😢 but kudos to you and may you find something that actually makes you happy.

I quit my job at a big 4, many people ranted me for it by saying ppl try years to get there and u quit in 10 months.. i had my reasons i felt trapped there, it wasn't just an 8 hour job but took away my whole day l, i couldn't do anything productive it was just work, and i wasn't even getting enough in return. Pursuing higher studies felt like a better option fr.

I'm not saying anything to be mean to you, but it appears like you struggle with mental health. possibly as a result of a poor work-life balance. It used to affect guys, but they eventually figured out how to avoid it. Women are now experiencing its effects. What if you start feeling the same in your new work tomorrow? How do you plan to proceed? Give up once more? It was best if you had spoken with a therapist before quitting. In the current climate, where the global economy is slowing down, jobs are becoming harder to come by, and people are getting fired all the time, quitting without a backup plan is something i won't subscribe to. I 'm a straight-forward man who loves to be pragmatic and hates living in fake motivation , so i apologize if my comments have offended you.

Serving the notice period due to manager toxic work behaviour and currently don't have any job offer. I also included HR and head of organization on my Resignation email and without having any conversation, the Resignation has been accepted.

I have seen people ranting all the time about their work and still sticking to it ( not including the ones who are doing it due to any personal reasons), but so glad you stepped out took the risk and gere you are growing and glowing ❤

Great step, thanks for the inspiration. I resigned from my job two months ago due to office politics . It was like the end of a year-long battle with depression and anxiety. I've decided to focus on my own projects. I have no plans to return to the corporate shit again.

I used to work in the front office of a hotel but the environment there became so bad that I became mentally disturbed and I left the job and it has been 2 months now. I am very happy to have left the job 😊

This is reality of service based companies useless work, night shifts, mental breakdown, Random managers who know nothing but solving tickets even this made me feel like hell :(

Same story here as well. Even though my job is not so hard. I loved my work but office culture and people around me are the main reason. Now it's been 3 months i have no job and now i have decided to not to job. I will start something of my own. And i wish the same for you..
