Hearing a normal bloke talk about his previous normal job, it’s so unique in the prem, can’t think of another prem manager who has his rise to the top , loving him now already at spurs, gotta say I had my reservations but he’s such a top bloke , and comes across so well
Only other guy I can think of with such a unique path to the top is Mourinho. Was a terrible player and had to get his foot in the door as a translator. To go from that to becoming one of the most successful managers in history is pretty incredible.
Ange is a top bloke, he won everything with Celtic that was realistically possible and had to take a job in England to really test himself in the best league in the world. HH ☘️
@@malcmitchell9738 He literally won everything possible. Celtic have no chance in the Champions League they can’t compete financially and sell their top players every other season.
Been a Spurs fan since I was 7. I’m now 52. Aussie. We have our team back, playing the brand of football Spurs have always had in our DNA. And we’re doing it with an Aussie coach. I’m in heaven! Almost, I’m also a pastor, so I know this isn’t heaven, but I suspect it feels something like this…
@@elriquedolfcould honestly probably get really far in politics - I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone as effective at communicating, and he’s so likeable as well!
I'm the farthest thing from a Spurs fan. But I love this guy's interviews... After the massive egomaniacs Spurs had managing the teams in recent years, this guy seems the complete opposite. Would love to see him succeed come end of season.
Manchester United fan here. In Erik we trust 💯. 1st and foremost. But Tottenham have procured a huge talent in player management in this Aussie banker 😉😊👍
