The top notch toddler trait is bugged at the moment, even if you complete all the toddler skills, your sim toddler doesn't get it.

A Tip: live in a mirco house!

Lol had the gassy infant bug happen to a SIM I rapid aged. It was super annoying as it would clear all his queued actions but was at the same time funny as he was supposed to be the cool party animal in the collage dorms but kept breaking to be a gassy infant. Thankfully this bug resolved when he aged up naturally to an adult.

For top notch toddler you may need to manually equip since it’s broken in a lot of games. Same with the movement milestones

Creating a super-sim was my favorite thing to do in the sims, but i never managed to create the actual complite supersim. Also i had my super sim have children, but since i constantly aged her down with potions, she outlived all of her decendants for so many genorations to the point the game no longer recognize her as having a familial relationship to them and she could romance them, and thats how you get incest in the sims without mods... but i also used her decendants with their freash, uncompleted aspiration, to get satisfaction points really easily so i could keep buying the age down potion for my supersim, so in my head i pretand that this household is some sort of a matriarchal cult that is dedicated to preserving the youth of its immortal leader.

"cared for, and bonded with Tina". :) I like seeing the milestones because I never try for them. As soon as I see the "well cared for" moodlet, that's it, kiddo is a toddler. The head start to those skills isn't enough of an incentive for me.

For my Super Sim challenge I played with aging off to make sure I completed everything with each life stage and then I'd age them up. Though I didn't finish, the next time I plan on doing this challenge I'm also going to keep separate saves for each life stage. So if something new comes out for Kids such as a new aspiration, I can then just continue from that save. Would suck to lose any progress but I'm adamant on them keeping SS status lol.

Keep in mind that there's still a bug in the game where the Top Notch Toddler trait doesn't show up until they're a teen or young adult sometimes. I started my Super Sim in a micro home in Sulani. I also put the lifespan on Long for teenhood because I wanted to do all the clubs and aspirations and it was just too much to do on a Normal lifespan without aging him back down.

idk if it'll happen but the Top Notch Toddler trait has been bugged since around High School Years release where even with maxed skills it's not being given upon aging up

I think the top notch toddler trait is still bugged. I have to use cheats to give it to my sims even though they maxed out all toddler skills.

I play on console and need to uograde the console. I might play for 10 minutes and the console kicks me out of Sums 4 all together. I consider myself lucky if I can play for a few hours. But that also includes reloading the Sims 3 to 4 times. I would like to try the super sim challenge. For now I 'll watch your play through. 🙂

I do not know if you will read this, but my sim "glitchy" was glitching similarly to Sally. It Glitchys mom had Sulani Mana and had been turned into a werewolf by Greg. Dad (played parent) was just a plain Spellcaster. My glitchy Sim was one of a set of science baby twins. Both had SulaniMana and WeakBloodline (spellcaster), but glitchy was a werewolf and the twin a spellcaster. I plan to use glitchy as the mom for the next generation, so I aged the twins up to teens and will play them awhile. I have to prepare the next parent in the mean time. I will find a spellcaster to get bitten by Greg and then age glitchy to a young adult and then she can have kids. I am posting this to indicate maybe coding conflicts are causing it for sims with the 3 traits that are aged up skipping infancy??

Infants are supposed to pass out when their energy meter is in the red for too long.

this is late but for anyone wanting to try without dealing with babies, i just recently got growing together and without it it’s very easy to get the trait, all you have to do is pay attention to them for a couple hours or so and then bake them a cake, id get the trait almost every time i did that

My issue has been that I can't not get Top-Knotch Infant. In my legacy challenge, I'm trying to achieve all secondary traits as well, including happy infant and unhappy infant . I've taken close care of an infant, aged one up right away, sent one away to live with their birth father, and completely neglected one (it broke my heart). In all cases they were top-knotch! What do I have to do to not get the trait, that's what I want to know.

My super sim had the same issue with being marked as "corrupted". It's fine. She's now a teenager and I've even saved her as a toddler, child and teen without being marked as "corrupted". I think it only happens to infants born as a werewolf.

This game is so BROKEN! 😂 When you hover over Tina’s age up box at 11:07 it says “Child Skill Level 2 achieved because Tina got to Level 3 in the corresponding Toddler Skill”. CHILD skill?! The game text doesn’t realise infants exist!

Omg that bug where the adults crumple into toddlers when u skip their age in cas still exists? I was so freaked out when that happened to my sim I never dared to age up in cas again, I just baked cakes and blew candles and crossed my fingers

It's not mentioned in the video but are you doing the parenthood character values as? You can start conflict resolution as early as a toddler by 'learn to say sorry'

Are you playing on normal life span? Just curious, as I'm thinking about trying this challenge myself, but thinking about turning aging off for the infant life stage, to try and get as many milestones as I can. It simply isn't possible to get all the infant milestones on normal life span.

Has the social butterfly bug been fixed? The I could not get the adult or child friend milestone even the new relationship reached 100%

i dunno how many people know this but you cna litrally jsut take the celebrity mat things on the gorund and sell them get a couple thousand simolians at least sometimes osme are that alone. One of my sims got rich fast of that.

Was the top-notch toddler bug fixed? If not, then here's a bit of a warning: The top-notch infant causes you to start a level higher in skills. BUT the top-notch toddler trait requires all five levels to be done normally. It doest count wheter you've reached level five. It counts how many levels you 'pass'. For example, starting at 2, would mean that it counts 3-4 levels and not 5; therefore, the top-notch toddler trait is not given. If it has been fixed, then go right on! Just letting you know you MAY have to cheat the trait in because, last I checked, the sims team hadn't fixed that.
