WOW! Nick I was crying watching this video because you all completed a marathon and that is amazing and you all supported each other and that is awesome!!! I am so impressed by what you guys did! A marathon is very hard and not many people can do one so you should be so proud!! :) When I was able to run my sister and I did one back in 2011 but we did not train at all and we didn't really stop at the aid stations and we did it on a trail the whole time it was brutal we finished in like 6 hrs but we couldn't walk for like a week :( I am very proud of you for completing one and your lovely fiancé laura supporting you
i just checked your channel yesterday to see if you had posted an update lol ... BIG congrats on a super accomplishment, and with such little prep! insanity!
What an awesome video! You have such awesome friends Nick that you got to share that experience with, congratulations great achievement, okay okay here we go!!!
Congratulations, Nick! A great achievement, no doubt. Never tackled a full marathon before, but I’ve done a few half-marathons. I know how tough it can be. Way to power through!
So nice you had someone to run with! I’ve never had that at any single one of mine because none of my friends are nuts enough to do it with me 😂 plus In most of Europe language is a barrier, so it’s just me and my headphones
Nick I am so proud of you. Nothing stops you you're the strongest man alive. Nick, so you know I'm a special Olympics athlete I'm doing the 400 walk. Because you're my inspiration you gave me the final push to do it cuz I didn't think I could do it and seeing you do this Marathon has helped me realize that I can do it. I love you Nick. And again congrats ❤ ❤❤❤❤❤
This is amazing!! Congrats! I know I am replying to this video late, but I just ran a half marathon today- The Hospital Hill half marathon in Kansas City Kansas that totally wrecked me; I ran a 1:58 and I have not ran a half marathon since junior year of high school. I am going to be a senior in college in Fall of 2024, and my old PR used to be a 2:10 on a extremely fast course, so I was very pleased I PR'd on a very hilly course in horrible humidity. I just finished my college track season too, so I have not been running many long runs.
What’s up with all these videos on RU-vid lately showing that you ran a marathon with minimal preparation? Don’t motivate people to do that which may lead to bad injuries. Yes, you’re great for being successful in completing the race, and, I think that’s the response you’re trying to get - that people think you’re so awesome and strong etc etc - which is fine, but that shouldn’t be attempted by normal people.
