On November 21, 2021 I ran the Philadelphia Marathon! This was my third marathon, and I achieved a PR of 4:34:27. This video will go over my race recap and experience of running my third marathon.

Great video and congrats on running the marathon!! I'm thinking about registering for the Philadelphia marathon this fall - do you think it's a good marathon to run for a first marathon? I've done a bunch of halfs and want to finally run a full

Hello and thank you! I think this would be a good marathon for a first marathon. It's relatively flat, but there are a few hills that make it a bit more challenging. You get to run through the city and much of Fairmount Park which is fun and pretty. It's also an easy marathon to get into - I think you can still register for this year's marathon in November if you want to!
