@@TorenBrick They host multiple running events throughout the year, right now is the princess half marathon weekend. Which includes a 5k, 10k, and half marathon. In April is the springtime surprise which includes a 5k, 10k, and 10 mile. Later this year we have the wine and dine half marathon, and finally for Disney World is the Disney Marathon hosted within the first few weeks of January. All in all, they are a lot more fun, plus you get to see some rare characters, and then brag to everyone for the remainder of your trip that you ran a marathon at Disney.
I think security was giving you side eyes because selfie sticks aren’t allowed at Disney world and they were trying to calculate whether what you were holding was too long or not, not because you were jogging.
i worked in security for a while, trust me, most of them didn't even gave a shit about you xD but seeing a person with a huge selfie stick raises eyebrows
The best way to not be suspicious is to say "don't be suspicious" right next to a Disney security guard while you're drenched in sweat and running while looking over your shoulder.
I don't think those miles would have counted. It seems that his rules only count miles run inside the park gates. And I guess he wanted to take the rest.
Yo I really liked how for the mile sound effect you used the secret power off and on sound effect for the iPhone (which you can turn on in accesibility settings), keep up the good work!
You now have to do the Dopey Challenge 🤣 4 days of running: 5k, then 10k then 13.1 and 26.2 all on different days --- but you have to wake up at 2 am to be truly legit.
