A month and a bit ago I joined the TCS London Marathon 2022 on a whim, fundraising for Hope for Children. Even though I’ve been an amateur runner for a while, this still proved one of the toughest physical and mental challenges of my life!
I trained for a month using the Nike Run Club marathon training plan (it’s free on the app).
Hope this motivates someone take on a challenge, be it for fitness, mental wellbeing, self-development, or all three combined.
