Hello Deya! "Great video! Loved how you broke down the key lessons from '$100M Leads' and showed how to apply them. It’s not just about learning but putting it into action, and you made that super clear. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights!"
Super accurate breakdown of different marketing channels. Great overview for people who might be interested in understanding how they all work! Nice one
I love the structure and how you have presented the book with your insight. This is one of the best format that I have seen so far. Love the video! Thank you so much!
Hey, this was a great breakdown of the book! I really appreciate how you emphasized the importance of testing and iterating on pricing. It's too easy to get stuck on finding that "perfect" price, but as you showed, it's more about finding what the market will bear.
Thanks so much to you and Alex for splaining it all to me. I am a newer pastoral chaplain (weddings, funerals), not completely sure how to get attention. When I go to wedding events, I exchange with potential helpful partners, but not brides. They’re the attendees(!). I decided to start a (free) Wordpress blog. Not sure what else to do. Any potential partners I meet want me to pay, of course. (I don’t mind paying people. I mind not having the money to pay people. SIGH.) Funerals, I will apply at individual funeral homes. I hope to get at least one per week, this way. I will watch this video again.

Thank you for this amazing video Deya! Your channel is really providing a lot of valuable information for someone who is just starting to think of business ideas whilst sharpening my skillset on the side ready for when I take that leap (hopefully soon).
Just wanted to say I am really happy to have stumbled over this channel. The quality of the content is exceptional; a nice change from a lot of what I ended up having to sift through.

I love the academic size tho ahaah especially if it’s practical! (Like with exercises and such) The artist way has a similar shape and I realised I love it because it feels right for the purpose. Not sure it makes sense since it’s all subconscious for me ahah love your videos Deya, thank you for your insights!
Hey Deya. I know you are the planning queen so I need your advice on something. Could you make a video on how to plan for your goals or how to break down your goals into smaller chunks so that they are more achievable? I want to become a DBM but I want to be a VA for a year first as I think it will give me experience and confidence before I venture into the DBM world. But I don't know how to break down my goals or create a big plan.
I can say as a gym owner he is not a grifter. His stuff is just repackaged small business marketing and sales. Nothing too crazy but will get you sales. He’s light on the “product” but fantastic on sales/marketing if you have one to sell already.
This was super helpful. I’m starting up a Saas product. I’ve been anxious about the pricing strategy. The pricing ladder ideas was rad. I think I’ll start at $19, > $29 > 49 > 79 > 99 > 149 > 189
Hey Deya, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your highly engaging thumbnails which will help your video to reach to a wider audience and increase your subscribers and viewers.
I've been watching your stuff for awhile now and love It!!! It's so helpful. Before you I'd never heard of a DBM let alone what they do. The whole thing really resonates with me. I love to organize (Notion is my happy place) and streamline things and build systems/workflows. I didn't know I could do this and get paid for it. For years now I've been running a couple of ecommerce shops where I create and sell estationery (digital planners, journals, stickers etc), plr estationery and Notion templates. I love it and I do ok but I'm completely intrigued by what being a DBM would be like. MY QUESTION After all these years of being an online entrepreneur I’ve learned one thing for sure about myself - I hate being on camera. With my chronic illness/disability it’s really hard for me to be camera ready and comfortable enough to be good at what I’m supposed to be talking about or showing people. And it doesn’t matter what type of video it is. Whether it’s a video I make for RU-vid or a zoom meeting, I hate it. I hate it so much that in the end I just won’t do it. Even if it’s important for my business I still won’t do it. So my question is, is there something along the lines of DBM work that would be faceless? Thank you so much for listening to me ramble. I really appreciate it 😊
Hey Deya, Greta video. Thanks for sharing. How did you make this video? I really liked it and would like to know if I could use the same app as well. Thanks again😊
These are the new leads. These are the Glengarry leads and to you, they're gold, and you don't get them. Why? Because to give them to you is just throwing them away.
I like to do art and create but I don’t know how to make that a business since I don’t want to constantly make commissions where it takes more time than money
I would love to know more marketing Such as paid media, Meta ads, Facebook advertising strategy on social media. I would love to know any books or templates or advice more on those subjects because I’m getting into paid media and more focusing on trying to build my own brand but also be able to like have the skills so when people hire me in marketing I’m kind of a jack. I know a little about a lot.
Sorry if my question is irrelevant but I tried to freelance for 6 weeks (for sure I sent more than 20 proposals) and followed your tips and still couldn't land any clients, I know that 6 weeks might be too short, so how long should I keep trying before quitting? is there an average time?
as a non english speaker, can someone tell me what a lead is? does it mean places you're posted on the internet as a business? does it mean offer? like I need to have 100 different offers of my service? like variations?
deya you seem like a nice person and genuine. please don't propagate alex hormozi who is a notorious scammer. he lied his way to youtube success claiming to be worth 100 milllion and more importantly making up advice. like fiction. people can get seriously harmed by following him.
@@AllenUncharted thats what you think because it seems logical... but business is counter intuitive.. if it seems logical it is usually wrong.. what he does is creative fiction... make up stories about how business should work... tai lopez 2.0 basically.. i dont think deya is like that.... at least i think not...
@@nonefvnfvnjnjnjevjenjvonej3384ok and why do you think business is counter intuitive? are you a business person? would you say you’ve been successful?
There seems to exist no other actual real product you can touch except the art of bullshit, but I guess it's subjective to the perspective of the person watching material like this. Please identify this "the product" you are trying to sell in the first place. It may very well be "consulting" services. It's all very abstract, a world of verbal diarrhea everyone is trying to monetize off of. In any event, thank you for posting.
