Never get in between a marriage of a guy to his mother. If you do, then you will never be more than a third wheel in THEIR marriage and maybe a broodmare to them.
same is true for men, dont get in between a gals marriage to her mother.. have 3 ex's who had to figure out their mother was keeping them unhappy and single so she wouldnt feel so alone... only figuring this out after mom found somebody and stopped sabotaging their relationships because she was too busy with her own... i got one ex who JUST woke up, she still wants kids and its getting "down to the wire" biologically, she woke up one night after a dream about me telling her that her mother and her co-dependence with mom, was why she was alone and unhappy, and would endup with kats not kids... because thats what her mother wants... she ended up re-connecting with one of our old friends whos ex went full thot and 3 years later was dying of std related issues, she always had a thing for him and.. well they already got a kid and one they just confirmed in the oven... the first time they fcked she got knocked up LOL... oh and her mothers lost her damn mind being cut off after being handed the same letter the gal posted on fb and a few other places, to make sure anybody she may cry to knew the full story no just moms twisted narc version... she actually came over and apologized to me, and admitted if she had listened back then its quite likely we would have ended up togather and would have had a family, but, it took her too long to realize i wasnt hating on her mom or trying to isolate her, i was doing the opposite, i was pointing out her mothers issues, were causing her issues, and i wanted her less isolated not more... she didnt get that till her husband said the group got togather 90% of the time when she said she would come if she wasnt coming less then half showed up or we would just take a pass... her mother found it frustrating she had no friends and had such a bad rep and dating personality that she was single because she was the problem...(dude who married her, didnt put up with her cap and would just put her in her place in public.. she got a fckin slap once for how she talked to somebody... and... it worked she even appologized for her behavior/actions.. nobody expected that.. best part the girl she yelled at and was so rude and even a bit cruel to... pulled out a gods damn snickers and said she seemed hangry... she wasnt wrong... this idiot woman thoght crash dieting was the way to lose weight... she was already borderline karen and low blood sugar=full on mega karen..
So after years of abandoning her over “cheating” he just comes back and suddenly believes her son is, in fact, his? He 100% knew that was his son from the start which means he was 100% cheating on her with the woman he ended up marrying. He did her a fovour by leaving

if the child wasnt his, then there would be no need to sign away parental rights. it would have been a simple dna test and prove his mother was a liar. this dude was a red flag mommys boy
They were married so it is assumed in most countries he's the father, so yeah he needed to sign them away. As he didn't think he wasn't the father, he didn't care

And if he's relinquished all his rights and you're divorced then he has absolutely no claim to your child keep him and his mother away from both of you

my guess? his affair partner (aka new wife) left him or cheated on him, his mom accidently spilt the beans about sabotaging his marriage, his new wife is infertile, or he just didnt want to help op with raising a baby (ive seen a lot of men do this my oldest sister's husband included) and only wants to be a parent now that the baby/diaper stage is over with
Maybe his mommy dearest told him the truth on her deathbed? OR…his second X-wife told him his mom had told her how she’d ruined his first marriage…and she told him right before she left (because she was tired of keeping his mom up, too!).
Very important advice: It doesn't matter how much you love a man, if he's a "Momma's Boy" then it is NOT worth marrying the man.... ...because it does NOT matter how much you deeply love a man - he will NEVER love you on the same level because he loves HER on that level and no one else. These mother-son relationships are exactly the same as romantic love the only difference is that they are not sexual. You opinions, love, care, cooking, cleaning, helping, supporting, etc will NEVER be good enough to her and thus, it will be the same for him. If you EVER say anything even slightly negative regarding a suggestion she makes, instructions/advice she gives then she will go to him (and probably exaggerate or lie) and YOU will be attacked by him regarding him while she stands behind him and smirks at you.
WQell, he said the kid was not his.... he is right... he gave up his rights and another adopted the child, so the child REALLY is not his... and he can thank his lying manipulating mommy of his....
OP, the minute he started calling and texting nonstop is the minute you should have filed for a restraining order. he signed away his rights and the state would tell him that he has no reason to expect any type of relationship with his son going forward. also I feel like the reason he is divorced again is because his mother pulled a similar stunt so as long as she's in the picture, he'll be alone for years to come until she kicks the bucket
Ladies! If the man you’re dating puts his mother over y’all’s relationship, he is NOT the one. If his mother tries to impose in the relationship in any way that is not just simple advice, leave. The relationship is between 2 people trying to start their life together. If that man chooses his mom over everything, you will NEVER be his priority. That’s not a man but a child that can’t let go of his mother and a mother that still sees his grown ass adult son as a child. Same thing goes when they see/witness the things their family does to you and just brushes it off, ignores it or doesn’t have your back. Don’t commit to someone who isn’t willing to commit to you. Both males and females be careful and pay attention to those red flags to avoid as much heart break as possible.
I wonder if the ex husband will try to bring his mother to court and get her to admit to a judge that she lied to her son about the baby not being his and then attempt to get his revoked parental rights reinstated, since he made that decision based on a lie. I don’t know if a judge granting such a request is possible, but it’s possible the ex husband could make the attempt.
it seemed that way to me too, she is kind of stupid, no real fight or flight instinct, and very poor decision maker, she should have gotten the restraining order from the get go not let it escalate like that

Wait so that one pic of a dude in front of their house was the only evidence he had?.. And he didn't even attempt to get a paternity test?.. Even If I knew 100% my girl is cheating Im still gonna make sure the kid isn't mine.. I wouldn't risk missing years of my kids life....
There's more to the story. Basically the cheating narrative was fed to him and he believed it. He found out shortly before his divorce that it was all a lie. But since he had a divorce, he has no legal rights to his son, and he left OP in such a horrible way, he downward spiralled out of control.
All the warning signs were there before you got married, women need to open their eyes, if your man has too close of a relationship with his mom or his mom doesn't like you and he doesn't defend you....LEAVE!!!!
I'm sorry but I don't believe this story one bit it has to be completely fake. First of all it said the husband was manipulated by her mother-in-law but she never showed any proof of that just saying that it happened right after they told her to stop paying rent. Second there's too much information to begin the story that is unnecessary to tell. If I was really in a situation like this my first question would be asking what made him change his mind. The fact that this never crossed her mind, or even at least try to get some contact with this makes his stories from extremely fake. Special because it's like she's assuming the mother-in-law's one who did it even though she had that picture and said she don't know who took it, like why give the information in the beginning of the story of the Mother-in-law doing all the things she did, just not to give us anything proving that she was the one manipulating the situation and how it happened. Like why even mention her, this has to be fake I don't believe in one bit.
1. If you're in fear of your child's safety, you're certainly not asking questions like "why do you want me back?" 2. Likely the mother-in-law admitted to lying when he got divorced or something like that. Especially since he spoke to mother-in-law on the phone, went to her house, and then kicked her out. 3. It's a story on the Internet, 90% of them are completely fake, it's just entertainment and not that deep
With the mil not in the picture there's really no definite way to get to the truth. I doubt the guy would admit being a mummy's boy despite it being the truth. They don't do that cause they still know how it paints them
There's no competent divorce lawyer in the world that wouldn't try to convince the wife to get child support and push for a paternity test, unless the lawyer had doubts about the client's (wife's) fidelity.
