Really important points to consider, that foot path can be annoying. It’s good houses are cheap but looking for a house for 6months? That’s scary! Thank God you are settled in now. Waiting for next video on the best regional areas💙💙

Yes it took that long partly because I was considering a lot of things like , size (we wanted a big house for our growing family) price, location (most of the ones we saw were located in the bush. I was afraid of some kind animals) I wanted somewhere i really like for long term stay.

Newcastle is not considered regional Australia. It’s a metro city on the coastline and is a popular place to live. It’s only a 2hr drive from Sydney.

Newcastle is a nice city compared to where I lived when I first came to Australia about 15 years ago. It's called Armidale its really dry and boring. Newcastle to us then was a mega city.

Unless one becomes an Australian Citizen one becomes only a permanent Migrant status. Regional Australia have more gardens and huge houses out there. In the big Cities there is loads of Traffic and Urban Problems out there,
