Over 20 years later and I still wipe out more often than not when I try to do a Madonna with NORMAL stats. I can't imagine how miserable doing them with these stats feels in practice LOL
Standard radrat behaviour, go by the objective 80 times, blame game, get annoyed Dont boneless from the rooftop twice in a row, fail objective, get annoyed, blame game
If your computer is shutting while playing a game and you had to turn off your power supply and turn it back on to get your PC to power on, it's a safety feature to prevent your system from killing any hardware. In most cases, this is due to the graphics card using more power than the system can provide. While it could just be a GPU issue, but it's probably just the need for a more powerful power supply. Not sure on your system specs, but try running the game at a lower resolution or reduce the graphical settings to prevent this from happening again. Also, I love this series and happy you're back at it!
Your computer turning off out of the blue is likely a heat problem, driver problem or PSU problem. The most likely is heat. Try playing the game in windowed mode, and looking at your sensors using HWiNFO. If your temperatures get pretty hot, about 80 - 85°C+ or so on the CPU/GPU, you likely need to give your PC some care. You can start by removing the dust from the fans, heatsinks and filters using a brush. If this doesn't solve your issue, your best bet is to replace the thermal paste. If it's the CPU getting too hot, you just need to remove the heatsink and replace the paste. If it's the GPU, things are a bit more complicated, there's likely thermal pads on top of the VRAM, and depending on manufacturing (the pads can be destroyed if you remove the heatsink), these might need to get replaced with other thermal pads of the same thickness. Don't cheap out on thermal paste and thermal pads too much. You definitely do not need to buy expensive ones, but just.. Decent ones, you can see which are commonly recommended. For example, with thermal paste, Arctic MX5 is decent. Alternatively, you can limit your game's settings and framerate, which will cause your CPU and GPU to run at a lower frequency. You can also record/stream at 30 fps (scale your bitrate appropriately too), if your viewership finds it acceptable (I personally wouldn't mind). You can also look into undervolting your CPU/GPU. You can do this with software and it shouldn't be dangerous. Good luck!
hey radrat nice to see you again! sorry if you talked about it in the video, but your computer just turning off would either be it overheating and turning off as a security measure or the power supply just shutting off for similar reasons. if your computer cpu itself was overheating you would definitely notice it throttling the speed down. so i would suspect a bad power supply.
Oh my god I've been waiting for this for so long. Zero stats was such a staple for me during COVID lockdowns. Seeing you suffer somehow made me feel better haha!
You said your computer "crashes", but then you said it "just turns off"? Could it be that you're triggering either an "overcurrent protection" on your power supply, or "overheat" protection on power supply or CPU? Back in 2012, my PC would turn off in the middle of hosting my live radio show, and I found out it's because the PSU was too dusty, so it was getting too hot and shutting off.
If your computer shutdown without giving any warning, it might be that it's over heating. Check your cpu's fan and check that it's getting proper airflow. If its dirty, clean it and remount it.
There's one bell right across where you get the "T" but you have to air out of the quarter pipe and land on top the roof and head left..the bell is on the wall!!
The king is back! Glad to see an update on the Zero Stats series. If you're looking for something else to do after this, then I recommend trying to take on the 'Get There' challenges in the game. The gimmick is that you have to go through a series of Gaps in one Combo on each map. They can be very challenging. Only 0.02% people (including myself) have managed to get the trophy for beating all the 'Get There' challenges on PlayStation.
just replying to the thumbnail, but I've been playing THPS2 on GBA a lot lately, and THOSE GOT DANG BELLS in School II are so hard to hit in the isometric perspective
Yo!!!! I'm so happy you launched this - I honestly love watching you get completely wrecked on the difficult challenges. We appreciate the sacrifices you make for great content 😂
I love how you grinded the coffee grind rail as you asked yourself which gap it was lmao I played this game all summer. I 100% with every character. I’m just getting all the gaps now. I think I just need to get all the gaps in the futuristic level.
