@@kalhmthinking Bastian Schweinsteiger came there as a tourist and with the wrong attitude is one of the most stupid things i have ever heard. World Champion, Champions League winner… He has the winning mentality you are missing in england.
For Me jose disrespect one of the best players in football.he was yapping about how lui van gaal treated bastian wasn't handling him professionally well.but all of that was just lip service as usual with managers who always used thier ego to do everything. I was gutted when this happened.
@@MangasEver That's only on United management. When the manager says "I don't want him", the management should handle it properly.. you don't go and tell a player to train with the youth team.
@@maazghilmaan7145 I completely agree with you, but what do you think if that had happened under pep? you would still wait in vain for an answer. Anyway, I don't think it was just Mourinho's fault.
@@ahmetgeril under pep as in? Sorry I didn't understand. Also, I think Mou has already apologised on TV for the incident which Mou has taken on himself. But Man Utd management is completely shit even now, that's why they are on a downward trajectory.
I find it confusing why Mourinho treated Schweinsteiger like that. This isn't some ordinary player. This guy played in 3 UCL finals and won the world cup. This guy was a midfield general.
To be fair that is what separates Jose from the United board . At least when he makes a mistake he is honest enough to publicly apologise. Ed and the Glazers made hundreds of them and they smile and hide
Nah! Mou knew the truth would come out eventually. He made this apology public just in case. If he wanted him, he would have kept him. This bs about him ‘allowing’ him to leave, is bs. Don’t be so naive.
that makes Mourinho different than Ten Hag too. Ten Hag till today is deluded, never admits his mistakes, and always blames the players and demoralizing them.
bro sorry but ive seen many here writes here after the overlap intervju what does that mean? if you have time too explain, sorry for my english being bad.
Maurinho i just found out this week from Bastian how you had treated him at United i was really shocked to hear what you done. I am glad to hear this from you that you had apologised to him before he left, and it takes guts to acknowledge that and glad to hear that you regretted that so respect.
What a scumbag he is, after 3 months of not speaking to him, refusing him the rights as a clubs player to enter the dressing room and after letting him train for all that period of time with the u16 kids..."he knows that because I told him".
Schweinsteiger had won the World Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and 8 bundesliga titles the fact he was made to train with the youth team is pretty scandalous. Especially looking back at some of the players that were picked over him for the squad at the time... Phil Jones being one!
Bastian was a threat to Jose, a much better leader, and had huge influence on the field, some would say a better motivator and leader than the captain at the time and Jose himself. Jose simply was threatened by him. In this interview Jose kicks for touch and is not honest.
Mourinho wanted him to join Madrid back in the day, Schweini didnt want to leave Bayern. Mourinho was acting like a little child that didn´t accept a rejection
Was thinking the same, he says he had too many players & then go on to mention the fringe ones. He didn't even give Bastian, the world cup winner, a chance.
He should be ashamed of himself. No one IS allowed to treat his Player like complete garbage and humiliate him for no other reason but your thinking that He isn't good enough anymore.
it looks to me as if mourinho wanted to break schweinsteiger, he didn't manage that and in the end used the only opportunity to apologize and admit that he had made a mistake. That casts a pathetic light on Mourinho and shows what a professional Schweinsteiger was.
okay i didn´t see this, but he was calm and not short in his answer for this question, he regrets it and admit it officially thats needs some guts. Sorry for Jose and Bastian they both met in the wrong time and circumstances could have been a great combo.
Sorry, Dr. Müller-Wohlfahrt is / was the best doctor in the world (and also working for FC Bayern München) and ManU was angry because he was treated in Munich while he was injured??? Come on!
What a disgrace to treat a legend like a scrub.... It's one thing to not let someone play. But to disrespect someone like Schweinsteiger in that way is just disgusting. Don't care for the apology either
My guess is he thought Bastian is on the tail end of his career and then he kept going to Germany for his treatment, so he wasn‘t present. So he thought- aging star, not my type of player, not commited to the club, recently injured, probably a pain to coach . He made a judgement call in a time where he had just taken over at Man U, which definitely came with some pressure.
Omds imagine this guy with the current united crop. Glazers are doing everything he asked for right now. We would have won the league last season with jose in charge. Imagine what he would do with ronaldo 🤣
One of the greatest players and biggest champions in Bayern Munich and had a key role in German squad into becoming world champion… shame. True though… after 2016 he had a lot of injuries… but it doesn’t free mourinho of being a c¥nt
Schweinsteiger dealt with a situation that was far worse and unfair to him like a professional. Quite the opposite from what brat Cristiano Ronaldo did.
an apology is the least he can do after what he did. he didn't let him in the dressing room and told him to train with U16 squad, seriously? what kind of human being you have to be to do that? right, you have to be a peace of s**t to do that. happy he fucked everything up afterwards... he is only "a" coach now, nothing special.
It's unfortunate but relax. Wars are disgraceful. Crimes are disgraceful. A manager not picking a player and keeping him out isn't disgraceful. Happens at every club. Again unfortunate but at least he owned up to his mistake
humiliation and psycho terror to Bastian Schweinsteiger - i believe this trainer no word (and it`s seven years ago and the overlap hasn`t published) - in my opinion a psycho this trainer - i feel only shame, disgrace, it`s disgusting this trainer and probably parts of the stuff and personnel - sorry to say it so directly - for the honest and wholehearted fans of manchester united and for the club i feel sorry to have such a staff and personnel
Mourinho kept schweinsteiger on the sidelines as soon as he was he became manager. schweinsteiger was lucky if he made the subs mourinho went so far as to not even let him train with the main squad instead made him train with the kids united fans loved him and what mourinho did to him was criminal also fellani was garbage compared to schweinsteiger and fellani played day in and out.
@@kerlr7933 Fellaini was not garbage, he gave 110% every single game and had a role to play. Basti was of course class and we loved him, but honestly he was past it from the day he landed in Manchester. He didn't have the legs to track back, jogged all over the pitch, and looked disinterested at times. His dream was to play at Old Trafford in his career and he did that, but it was never a signing we should have made.
I cannot forgive Schweinsteiger was a german legend and mostly because of his mentality, work ethic and the grind he brought to German football making Bayern and the national team perennial contenders for a decade, winning us a national championship while oozing with grind, swagger and fun… we idealised him and he was a nationally celebrated figure and hero to many For morinho to absolutely humiliate him for nothing but his arrogance and pettiness was hard to watch, robbing him and millions of fans of the send-off he deserved and earned over years of unwavering commitment to the game He did him dirty and wronged him! And he realised it far too late - schweinsteiger like he did for a decade took the humiliation on the chin never complaining once and adapting to the situation in silent suffering As someone who grew up watching him and seeing him carry teams infusing them with winning spirit wherever he played and whenever he took to the field this was just sad and pathetic on morinhos part - he captained Germany and we are not exactly known for eccentricity or weak work ethic here - we don’t like players like that even when they are talented - so it was a misjudgement of him and the whole German football culture of epic proportions and just hard to take - what stupidity, what arrogance by that manager At least he apologised, late though too late for the ‘football god’
@@joditot Schweinsteiger's winning penalty destroying Mourinho's dreams of winning an UCL with RMA (and his last ever opportunity at it). Which subsequently lead to RMA sacking Mou.
Mourningho would have won a lot. But he is so PIG Headed.he never is susceptible to change and adaptation. He's ideology of being who he is. How he plays. Who he wants. A man who keeps revelling in his past. Is a failure. No matter how much he wins.
