So relatable. Religious family with mental illness, sexual abuse from father, physical abuse from mother, 8 kids, poor financial situation, parents fighting, toxic ideology. But we have healed many of the traumas, but still carry the painful memories with us. Our dad served 10 years in prison and mother lost her parental rights resulting in my siblings going to foster care. I am the oldest of the 8. I suffer from depression as well as most of my siblings. I came down here to be of service but I don't consent to all this mental turmoil, pain, disturbance, resistance, I wrote a song about it on my channel called Microwave Paradise. I have done a lot of work on myself, reinventing the new me but also I don't know how much longer I can do this, I'm sure many can relate.

On the other side we just get a taste of what the bad things feel like, so we’re all ready to come, but when we’re here it’s living with those for a lifetime, and then it’s like what was I thinking? After my awakening it was made clear to me I was not to have and raise children. That way I cannot pass on the generational subconscious behavior passed on to each family. Much emotional abuse from generation to generation. The family name ends with me. It's called Ending Family Karma. Or at least that's what my guides told me. That's just one thing out of many I have come here to do on this visit.

I don't have all of my memories yet. I know enough to comprehend that my soul plays hard ball. I don't think my soul is feminine or masculine but both. They choose the most challenging experiences for me. As difficult as it might be, I feel grateful for this because I would not have overcome so much any other way. I always had a knowing that this lifetime was different than all of the rest. I have had everything rush to me upon meeting the significant people of this life. It seems I planned that too so as to help things along. Remember the times in your life that you met someone new and had a sudden knowing. Pay attention because recognition can help it along. Don't allow the ego make you think it is insignificant. This existence is different and you planned it all. Even planned times of help on our journey. Accept help with gratitude. 💞

I have so much in common with her! The abusive family, the Mormonism and then getting married in the temple and later getting divorced. I then had a kundalini awakening… just wow! So many things in common. What she said about her father volunteering to be the bad guy for everyone’s growth, there’s definitely something to that. I just finished a book by Robert Schwartz about that very thing. He’s a hypnotist that does soul regressions and a lot of his work entails pre-birth planning. Familiar ground. I wanted to be born and campaigned to get here. It worked and I was offered a life. It was like qualifying for a specific part in a play. I was told it would be extremely difficult. So difficult that I might make not make it back there. I snapped at the opportunity and said I’ll take it. I was told I would have to think it over. Two angels escorted me to a hilltop with a tranquil scenic view. After a period of time the angels returned and I was taken back. I accepted the life, and was given a contemptuous look that clearly marked me the fool. Then I was on my way. So at 76 my life is winding down. Was it tough? More than I ever imagined. Certainly some similarities with this speaker.

I was informed a year ago when the 5D fever started (for me, anyway) that I'd volunteered to enter my royally dysfunctional family as an empath. Zero chance of making it out with my soul intact. I did it to help others negotiate this global ascension. Spirit didn't know if I'd live this long, for excellent reason. If I'd heard that my Higher Self engineered this shizaster on my behalf, I don't know if the cognitive dissonance or the bridge would take me out first. EXTREMELY similar to mine. I remember being around other souls, everyone was super happy and there was lots of love. I had just arrived there. It was up in the universe and I recall almost “seeing” clouds (but there was like an inside and an outside), amazing colors and brightness with a darker background just like being up in space. It was like a family union mixed with a hippie convention. All of sudden I knew there was something I had to be a part of. There were 3 male type spirits, one was like the master. They were like looking in a cloud-like podium looking at Earth. They were watching something. (It was a lost soul but there was no sadness or negativity there so it wasn’t quite identified or felt that way). There was a discussion about sending down help. Like a kid on Christmas morning it was like I was jumping up and down yelling out “oh pick me, pick me! Yay, this is gonna be super exciting. I got this!”. But there was this last minute subtle admission that it could not possibly be as bad as the last one. My next recollection, to put it chronologically, I had several dreams of a young boy with black hair wearing a white shirt and in the dream that is my husband. But I was young and it was a quick short matter of fact dream. At 18 I met my husband. He is definitely a lost soul. Grew up with separation, neglect, abuse and much more. After about a year in the relationship I was looking at his school photos. His first or second grade photo was identical to the young boy in my dream. This was around 1997. Present time, October 2023. I have been a Registered Nurse almost 17 years. I have a son, 23 years of age. My marriage is absolutely miserable. My husband is a narcissist. I’m emotionally neglected. Abused. I’m absolutely miserable!!!! Shortly after I found out I was pregnant I actually met the man I wish I could have married. He has since passed away. Year after year I endure more and more trauma and tragedy. At home and in my career. I have become a loner. At this point I hope I get one more chance to have a lifetime of mostly love and peace and more control over my autonomy. I hope I still get my son but get to be with the one that got away. I take one day at a time!

You hang in there! We all volunteered for this life and we have free will. I'm sure your husband is playing the role he was meant to play in your life, but are you learning the lesson you were meant to learn? Hard question, I know. No disrespect. I often ponder that question in my own life. Experiencing these emotions is supposed to be an exciting privilege, but I'm not so sure about that because of how it feels, but does it have to feel the way we make it feel? Another good question. I really felt for you reading your story, and believe me, I have a ton of my own gripes too. Listening to people's stories and watching NDE's has given me a whole new outlook on life in a good way. We've endured alot and still keep on living. Maybe we should focus on living instead of enduring. I know you've got this. Keep on living!!😊

Hi, I've never heard Becky before and I wanted to share something about chronic pain. I am 76 years old, a female massage therapist as we speak (getting a little tired at this point) but love my work and my clients. Something I was guided to in my 40's and then forgot for 20 years was that every physical pain is actually stuck negative emotions blocking the flow of energy. More recently I also see the role of the horrible toxins we are dealing with. But I learned to enter in with my attention any pain I was feeling-just being with it and slowly it would turn into an emotion and letting that out in a release ultimately found that underneath of everything was always bliss, love, purity, true beauty. Some areas would take months of going back into when I felt to, or being called to another area. This has left me largely pain free, though I must admit new layers do keep showing up- deeper and deeper hidden stuff from a whole range of lifetimes. But with that is the awareness of our incredible wonderful true selves- glorious actually. I do admit that most of my issues came from a whole host of lifetimes not so much from this one so that may make it easier I don't know. But I just wanted to share it because thus far it has worked with everything. Right now I am working with my sight and hearing which neither is bad but not as good as earlier and I hear whole new levels of fear of being on this planet that need healing.My guides just usually say just keep going. So that's what I do.

Thank you for this! I am also a massage therapist (not currently working as one) but when I used to do it I worked at the level of repetitive, chronic pain. And I comprehend the things you are saying here and wanted to say, thank you for the reminder to work with our own pain just like we would a clients! I now feel working at the energetic levels is just as powerful as actually manipulating the soft tissues of the body! Either can be extremely effective when one is “in the flow”, so to speak…. Most people who have worked as a massage or physical therapist will completely get what you mean when you say that! One usually knows when they are in flow and when one is not! Self-healing is one of the greatest gifts a soul can offer the world, perhaps. Bringing in more sanity, safety, stability, kindness, clarity, peace,…through one’s own being, is the purest form of nourishment for the planet, that we have available to us. Contrary to the belief system on which our current, dominant human civilization is founded, self-love is actually the key to Love of all Life (including humanity). The more we can integrate all our lived experience into wholeness within ourselves, the more we support and serve “outside” of ourselves. It is medicine for all around us, when we can bring our wholeness to them. Not the least because then the world in which they exist is that much safer and sane. This includes the self-respect which shows up with healthy boundaries and sets limits on what we tolerate within the sacred field we call “I”. You did a healing, loving thing for your father, as much as anyone, when you stood up for sanity and health in the way that you did. That is a most challenging aspect of this kind of life-“mission”, I’ve found; creating wholeness and clarity through strong and healthy boundaries. It can feel quite murky while one is going through it! Even then, though, the clarity shows up in profound and healing ways. You’re doing your work well, I’d say! Best to you in your journey, and thank you. May you be divinely empowered.

I don't remember much. But I do know this: I volunteered to be here. I had an experience with my Higher/future self (same thought) when I was 19. Changed me forever. I haven't had any trauma at this level but I have helped a lot of people. Dreams, visions, all that. unexplainable insights. I have interests that, to me, are essential but very few relate. I have been fortunate to have some around me that do. It takes a lot of hard work to end these generational curses in your generation and keep it from going through another generation. Kudos to you for stopping it cold.

@@Ashlee-hh6di I did some training in RV and energy work. I searched for 23 years before I found RV and it's been very useful in establishing an dialog with my higher/future self (same thought) It's been fruitful. Lots of what I now know as shadow work. I found that what I discover and work on my own is optimal compared to what others give me as a "solution" or answer. They just seem to want my money or worship. Neither of which they get. Many years ago I went to a franchise expo and found a group making money off of searchers who didn't know anything. It seems to be profitable. I just help who I can but very little are even interested in more than survival. Humans are so much more capable than what we have been able to tap into. What does it mean to be fully human? That's where my interests lie.

Maybe part of why you're here is to help break the trauma cycle? Current generations seem to be more embracing and understanding of the importance of mental health, and are finally learning to recognize toxic family systems and abuse instead of continuing the cycle of abuse and justifying it. But for us to keep moving forward as a race there, we need a lot of generational trauma cycle breakers so the next generations don't have to carry that burden. Look at how you can turn your own experiences into something positive for both yourself and others. Part of our mission is to overcome. Despair and everything else negative we experience are constant obstacles and distractions from our mission. Try to see through all the darkness to the truth underneath it all.

If this is what I chose for myself I should kick myself in the teeth. My entire adult life has been one disaster after another. An empath that never bothers anyone but one who is relentlessly attacked by every jerk on the planet. My lesson seems to be to be less kind or you will be used, abused, beaten, walked on, and generally not be believed as no one can be like me anymore. That’s what my psychological profile said at e harmony years ago. It said the good news was you are like a diamond, there is almost no one left like you. The bad news is nobody will believe you are who you present yourself to be, nobody will believe you, and you will have a difficult time with relationships. Well, they were right. Every woman I dated as an adult had their family and friends in their ear non stop telling them I am a player. He will cheat. He isn’t who he says he is. And so on. My currently challenge is my wife who has been diagnosed with paranoid personality disorder and who is extremely mentally abusive to me and our son. She has me embroiled in trouble with the law currently. After calling cops repeatedly for no valid reason, and the police showing up only to tell her you cannot call police for this reason, she finally got one to charge me with bogus charges. So now I have lost my 6 figure engineering job, our home, our cars, and ever I worked for. The real victim? Not her, not me… our son. The poor kid has gone through hell. She has him convinced he is stupid and never amount to anything. The kid makes A’s and is very intelligent. I constantly have to reassure him and tell him he is none of the things she says. Imagine a narcissist with extreme paranoia. That is my wife. You have to walk on broken glass and eggshells and if I do not, then she could try to get me into more legal trouble. That scratches the surface, and is the current disaster. The disasters go back to over 20 years of mental anguish. Well, I sure hope I learned the lessons I signed up for.

Maybe you're here to learn to love yourself deeply, to have the courage to do so without fear or shame. If you were to watch your life as the third person, would you say that you really love yourself? Would you say that you have boundaries that protect your soul? Do you have the courage to protect yourself and your son? All empaths must come to realize that self love is important while you're on this planet. It's a change of mindset. For once, put yourself first and protect your soft heart and soul. ❤️

Im so glad I found this video. So often I complain to my invisible guides that they don't speak to me but in videos like this, I know they do all the time. I have absolutely no doubt at all that I chose a similar life mission for the same sorts of reasons you did. I got an eating disorder at 19, suicidal depression and a phobia at 20 and cptsd at 45. After loads and loads of healing I had a spontaneous kundalini awakening in December and today I'm leaving my country and my abusive dysfunctional family behind to go to Bali. It feels like IV been freed and that somehow I'm graduating to live my dream. I am a natural healer and teacher and through my healing ahuasca ceremony I was introduced to Jesus and told that I have a particular mission. I believe I'm an earth angel for various reasons and my life's purpose is also somehow to bring the light. I have so much empathy for you on your path. Its very difficult holding both the earthly memories and abuse, forgiveness, understanding etc with higher knowledge that it's all for a purpose. That it was a choice we made and yes, there is a higher soul purpose to it all. Its like on one moment you've got one foot in heaven and the next ur dealing with anger and resentment towards people you know are just playing some kind of role. Thank you for your story. In hearing her talk about the music and colors and how we are all "notes in a grand symphony" it made me think of two things: 1. The movie August Rush - about a boy who hears all the random sounds in the world AS a symphony and how he works to teach others about it, including conducting an actual symphony band! Great movie! 2. Disney's Fantasia movie. The music is put into pictures and colors in one of the most beautiful ways I've ever seen. I really like this guest. She is authentic and grounded. I can really relate to her childhood story a lot. I, too, feel like I came here this time to not only assist in the Grand Ascension but also specifically into the family I came into to overcome things and that this is my "final test" before some sort of big graduation (personally AND collectively). Like the guest, I have overcome pretty much all of it, including making amends with my abusers and working through forgiveness etc. Some pretty awesome spectacular things have happened in that regard in those relationships! I have not yet had any contact with the other side or any huge spiritual experiences although the stuff I have experienced, others may say are big ones but to me, they "just were." So who knows. I feel I am ready though to take it to the next level and begin connecting more consciously to the other side, most especially with my higher self.

When we begin to understand better how our lives here came about and re-remember the reason for our incarnations, organized religions no longer make much sense anymore. And when we have spiritual awakenings, it’s much easier to let go of the indoctrination we underwent within the churches and we are able to move away without feeling that sense of guilt we once had. Very interesting. I am an old person 😂, my life has been something else. Lots of trauma, diagnosed with did, cptsd. My life fell apart completely when my husband died. In the past few months I have had an awakening and I am healing. At the same time I am learning so much and will be able to help others more and more. I am a chiropractor, but haven’t practiced for 6 years due to my life imploding. I am studying functional medicine, learning how to use essential oils, sound baths , spinal flow to heal the stuff that never goes away in talk therapy. It is so incredible. Just here to help. 😊

You hit my hot buttons in a good way. My story is parallel to Becky's. Even Uber Mormon including a calling needing a general authority to set me apart and serving a mission. I left after 43 years, became devout atheist for 20 years... until last year. Wowza! My dad just passed and he was narcissist, player, etc... I'm oldest of 7. My mom died at 44. My family is DNA neurodivergent and I'm just dying to know how we chose our roles. I, too, can no longer hold him to any harsh judgement. I think the bad guy roles beings are given extra veil(dna?) to keep them from paying much attention to their being. They are here to experience the carnal nature of humans to give us all contrast. Just my logic after spending almost a year since Christian Sundberg's interviews here woke me up 😊... but I agree we all are not harmed by our roles here. We are all safe! We who wake up get to love from. A higher perspective and it's liberating🌞 Waking up is therapeautic like nothing I could work through with a zillion therapists. Thank you!!!

I had almost the exact same experience- I was asked if I would take on this mission because I was the only one who would understand it was all for the bigger picture- this life would not be for me but for others who were lost. I was born into the same kind of family, but my father was Church of Christ. He would constantly preach the bible to all of us, then come in our rooms at night and sexually abuse us. We never turned him in and he got away with it and our mother hated us for all of it. Even though I volunteered and they warned me this life would be hard, I still suffered all the same mental trauma she talks of and still cry every day and can't wait until this sojourn is over.

That part about the concept of the father playing the “bad guy” role .. and how that thought both helps you deal with the abuse .. but also, kind of lets them off the hook (in a way) .. it was so good to hear someone else say that bcs I’ve had those same thoughts. Hi, thank you for your comment. I'm Becky (the one in the podcast). I've been able to feel and know his "soul" self as opposed to his Earth incarnation and hold those two perspectives separately. It's difficult to do and mind boggling for sure. On Earth, as I deal with family circumstances, I very much hold boundaries with him. I cannot and do not have a relationship with him. Years ago, he suffered a life threatening heart attack. I went to support my family in the waiting room, but I did not want to be in the room with him and he didn't want me there either. Afterwards, one of my sister's reported disturbing behavior in him that still existed. It validated my feelings and intuition to still hold that boundary to this day. However, I cannot deny, my soul-self wants to heal this relationship on a soul level...perhaps this is where it can only be "safely" done? On the other side.

Wow. Her life experience is very similar to mine (incest, 3 rape attacks, ptsd). I had a spontaneous pre-birth memory a few years ago of looking at the Life Plan and saying, "Whoa, there's no way I can get through that alone." Then my present husband stepped forward from behind me and said, "I'll go." I wouldn't be here now if it weren't for him. I am struggling with the ptsd tho (the gift that keeps on giving). I feel as if I am continuing to be punished for what THEY did. I am aware that it could be karma from a past life that I have chosen. But, really? Forty years later? I am praying for a miracle. I have been considering starting a yt channel as a form of healing. Sounds like it's been helpful for you two. Any words on that? 💖 LATER: I just realized, reading the comments, that Rebecca was Mormon. Mine was a Mormon family too. In fact, an uncle was also an abuser, and he later became a polygamist! This religion was founded on the abuse of young women ("plural marriage"). I was raised to see Patriarchy as the highest. I hope I live long enough to see Matriarchy replace it as the way of love and light.

Sorry for the trauma you’ve had to endure-so difficult to understand, especially with 3D consciousness. Something I’ve learned in my own awakening is that all of us have been both victims and perpetrators in this life or past; it’s a normal part of being and evolving as a human. Earth is a very difficult school-so many of us dealing with fear and trauma. I recall an incident when I was child (about 9 years old) where I had this absolute hatred towards my younger sister; one day I called her every dirty name I could think of while she just sat there with tears. Years later, I tried to understand what that was all about-not in my character to treat anyone like that. Then I discovered that it was a soul contract made before we both incarnated. My sis and I love each other and have an awesome relationship-both of us spiritually awakening. In the end, forgiveness is the key-forgiving everyone who has hurt us, asking forgiveness from anyone we have hurt and forgiving ourselves…

My question is, why is it valuable for some soul groups to go thru "negative" drama lives for their end purpose like what Roberta is talking about? People like Dimash Kudaibergen or Dolly Parton who have challenges for sure! but who live lives of fulfillment, who have parents who build them up, who are really emotionally and psychologically intelligent, developed and stable and therefor are able to instill emotional and psychological health into their children; and people like Dimash or Dolly who have musical families, attract all the right people in the music field from teachers to fellow musicians, song writers, etc. Why do some people get to live these what I call "blossoming" lives where everything seems to come to bloom and they don't have any great physical, emotional or psychological crap to deal with either in themselves or in their families or in their personal relations, and they are truly truly happy....all I want to know when I die, the only question I have for the other side is how do I create that, because this learning business thru difficulty or "negativity" I am OVER IT. I refuse, I quit "school". IF I am so stupid, so utterly dumb that I can only learn thru pain and frustration, then I'm dropping out of school, because there is nothing that can be worth another life like this!!!

@@jamesk8s1 One thing you should keep in mind is that each life, no matter how good or bad, is short; fleeting even, and, according to many spiritual philosophies, the soul can have many lives on its journey, so it's not like the soul in a difficult incarnation will never get a really good or easy one, or vice versa. As far as what determines good or bad circumstances in a particular incarnation, we can assume the soul has a broader more comprehensive understanding of what exactly is needed, exactly where and exactly when. One mistake I believe we tend to make while in the human form is to judge eternity based on one fleeting life. You can't get a broad enough perspective that way to judge the overall plan and purpose of specific experiences. Rebecca said she had made a very conscious decision to participate in this drama, so we can assume that from her soul's wider perspective at the time it made sense and was seen as in some way necessary, or needed.

I have thought this too, and it is good to hear it from another. I've thought it may be like creating a good meal, if the before dinner drinks and Hors d'oeuvres are sweet, and every course including the main course is sweet, followed by a sweet dessert and after dinner drinks, then it will not be enjoyable. A skillful chef knows that for the sweetness of a great meal to be full appreciated, then the right amount of bitter, sour, spicy, pungent, hot, salty, tart ingredients and foods have to be blended in well. And your thoughts were coming to me just the other day as I was driving. I actually spend most of my time thinking about others, and thanking the Universe for how wonderful the lives are of those I admire such as Dimash and those who get to live golden ticket lives like him; I spend a lot of time thanking the Universe for them being able to fulfill and contribute in such amazing ways. I often think, and it brings me to tears, how grateful I am to be alive during the lifetime of Dimash, and as hard as my life has been, and I would never agree to go thru it again, unless and except if it meant being able to witness his glorious life, then yes, I would go thru all of this again - hearing his voice has made it all worth it. I figure if I can't have the life I dream of, then I don't want to dwell on this, I just want to thank the Universe for the wonderful lives of others the likes of which I wish I could live like too!! I constantly think things such as "I am so grateful Dimash was born to such emotional and psychologically healthy parents, into a highly accomplished musical family, that he has so much energy, vitality, talent, wisdom, discipline and focus; that he was led right to the perfect teachers, mentors, friends and colleagues; that he was given everything he needed to fulfill his dreams and to be able to give all of his gifts away, etc.".... I am also very aware of all the lives so so much worse than mine.....I just get fatigued being positive and focusing the vast majority of time in each day on all that I am grateful for.....it is a bitter life this time, not all bitter, I've had a lot of sweet moments.....but very bitter and frustrating none the less..... especially when I have been as others described the most disciplined or some what "talented"; I never drank, drugged or smoked and lived such a monk life because I knew what I had been given and I appreciated it so much and wanted to do so well, and give all that I could; I just wanted to live and give always at the highest level of excellence, quality, beauty and detail, detail, detail!!....so to work this hard and to feel like literally there is this force that blocks everything I do, no matter how far, how extreme, how carefully researched and executed my efforts, no matter how grateful I keep my mind centered....it allows me to get right to the launch and then this force says NO. Now I feel like, why bother, no matter how extreme my efforts, attention to detail and care, it will come to very little. So I hear you, and I am very grateful for your time and wisdom which I will print, place on my desk and read frequently to remind myself......yes, I just had the thought that I can not see the bigger broader wider picture from this one simple human lifetime vantage point....it's like looking at only 1 frame of film or strip of film and focusing on that rather than the whole movie.....the Universe is vast, life is eternal, and the movie is not yet seen in its entirety.......I'm still pissed!!! ha ha 😂 😂🤣and someone is really going to get an ear full and a finger when I die - and not my pointing finger!!! 🤣🤣......gratefully.......James 🙆🏻‍♀🙋🏻‍♂🙆🏻‍♂

Resistance is actually a characteristic of all physical life, so please don't feel like you're being singled out in that regard; physical life is difficult, even for people who live so-called charmed lives - physical life and health are fragile, true understanding in relationships is hard, Love does not automatically manifest in one's life unless you manifest it, money alone won't do it, to the surprise and disappointment of many who sought it for that very reason. People who have significant talent to share with the world are certainly blessed, but there's no telling how many lifetimes they spent cultivating those gifts, perhaps if you could see that you would understand exactly how and why they deserve the charmed lives they have now. But also, talent and fame does not automatically make one spiritually advanced. Pitfalls exist in such a life that may be absent in a more humble and in some ways more difficult life, such as unchecked ego developing and social and cultural isolation from your fellow man; this is certainly not true in all cases by any means, but it's part of that 'resistance' which is actually present on every level of our development in physical life. It's like a pendulum; if it swings to one extreme, the potential for it to swing in the other extreme is automatically there. The challenge is to fully be our loving selves no matter where the pendulum happens to be at any given moment.

In my opinion, no matter how enlightened and exited one may get before embarking on a life journey its often wise to seek a second opinion in case their journey becomes so unbearable enough to return by means of suicide 🐮

I figure mainly younger souls might actually want to come to earth I know for me I definitely remember my general sentiment when being born was not wanting to be here like oh this again kind of feeling. although I think generally I'm just here to observe and gain knowledge even though the abuse as a child was kind of brutal and many head traumas not from abuse but general injuries one of them was a NDE but yeah funny though how she had to stretch into a energy body were as other people they have to like squeeze them into one.
