In this Video I Finally Restored Rome in Victoria 3. In this Run I play as France, however this path could work for other nations Like Britain, Russia, Prussia, Austria, or Spain. Technically I have Never formed Rome in Victoria 3 before even though I've had the boarders. If it didn't need to be Said, If you Conquer Prussia, Austria, The United Kingdom and Russia as well, you'll be well on your way to a world conquest. This run was super fun but also super long an required a mod. That mod is right here.

Also Tobias i forgot to tell, you can aslo regime change for easier run, since it will stick to zero prestige by -133%, and also it will have better laws so they will have better society by the time

Admirals that have the shadow over them represent some ships need to be repaired and the admiral was knocked out of commission during a battle until some ships get repaired.

also if you’re at war to enforce against a subject of another country (papacy and usa) you have to peace out the major power that’s protecting them; i’ve had the -100 war score against subjects too i don’t think it’s a bug

I assumed that was what was going on during editing, I think in that case it should display the overlord as the main war enemy.

That's honestly a hard question, a lot of the formable nations I can think of are already in the game (other than Rome of course). Honestly though, having a better path to forming Poland would be incredible.

@@TobyYellsAtThings oh men u are right i recently unlocked the commonwealth archievment and it took me untill 1910 or something it was pure pain. I Look into the Game data and let you know what i can make out of poland :))

@@TobyYellsAtThingsalso what i noticed during your video u could have gotten austria for free as a protectorate u just had to yoyo sway when they had a civil war. ( Yoyo sway = joining austrias side First then Look what the revolt offers ) U have to be at Peace and Not involved in other plays to yoyo sway
