I have a tip for invading countries. When you begin the invasion with let’s say 5k troops, wait a turn before attacking as they’ll attack first and waste their soldiers, after they attack then you attack them. I’ve done this a few times so I’m not sure how good it is but it maybe will work out.

It's VERY difficult to make a Greater Bulgaria in the game cause Bulgaria in the game has a small population compared to its IRL counterpart

Create some buffer zones on the enemy border before invading them, so they can't attack u, but you can attack them

why dont you make custom leader/flags?
