Hey everyone!! With all of the new makeup launching, I thought it would be fun to re-visit and re-use some of the new drugstore makeup that launched! I pulled together some of the products that I was the most excited to try again and created a look using them! Petra Barbara Kiss i really love the essence satin touch blush! im pretty fair and i have mine in shade ‘satin love’ but i think that shade would work for many skin tones. ive also heard their mascaras are amazing!

Same here... It's especially hard in the winter time to not be in a funk because the weather is cold and you can't get outside do things you enjoy. Unless you go sled riding ect. We will I'll get through this we have to stay positive and have a positive mindset.

@@allieglines why is it that you have the time to answer other questions but so far, you have not provided the information regarding where your makeup bags are being made. It does no change the fact that I love and enjoy your chanel. But for example, Tati, JeffreyStar, they disclosed the country of production. Why does not brand provide the information? I struggle with depression & anxiety, so I definitely get in the mentality of what I’m doing wrong, so I get into a funk. But when I step back and think about that I’m doing, I realize I didn’t drink enough water, eating wrong, not being intentional each day with what I need to accomplish, etc. thank you for the reminder to control the things I can & not worry about the rest. ❤️

Alyssa Rogge try putting in “Bright White “ LED bulbs in your house, I started changing mine out , starting with the areas I was in the most, it’s doesn’t matter what brand but needs to be Bright White , gives the same as the SAD lights , it really helped me , I got 6 bulbs for around $15 they alway go on sale .

I have been using the Loreal Age Perfect concealer so much, I love the coverage and finish it gives on my discoloration. The Maybelline Cream lipsticks have been my go to for everyday, it keeps my lips moist and the colors are perfect for work or hanging out.

Hey Allie! Really love that mascara on you!!! I enjoy your videos so much! I’m an old lady (who happens to love make-up too). You are just such a sweet, beautiful young lady, inside and out. So glad you had so much fun in L.A. for your “early” birthday. My aunt worked security for 40 years there. She just retired not long ago. It IS a magical place! It's been pretty hard lately, my mom almost died and I got a very scary diagnosis. While my mom is healing I'm now taking care of the house and my granny, taking her to treatments everyday. All while being in nursing school and planning my wedding in October. It feels like I need to be strong for everyone and it's getting to be overwhelming. Luckily my fiance is amazing and has been taking care of me. Just overwhelming, and it's so nice being able to sit down and relax with you ♥️ it truly feels like talking with a friend and I love you. I'm so proud of everything you've accomplished, and this is just the beginning for you!

Allie I totally relate.... To tell the truth I feel like sometimes I can’t take a break in life. Yesterday was a very rough day in 2008 I have lost a child my daughter was only two years old when she passed away, even though it’s been a few years now doesn’t make it any easier. I have a mom that has been battling a brain tumor for a while now so between work, kids and taking care of my mom has been very hard and yes I do see a therapist for my mental health state but there is times I tell myself why? Every month that passes by I always tell myself you are a survivor you are strong you’re an amazing mom you are an amazing daughter and a wife and as much as I can be positive and move forward every day there are moments that I break down. On top of everything I am battling with my own health, with insurance to approve my surgery battling with doctors appointments and so forth so I totally relate to the struggles sometimes. You are an awesome person I can see your passion, the way you care. Just know I am here for you! Hugs. Stay you! Never change and remind yourself that you are strong and amazing. Love from Idaho❤️

Hi I don't know you but I want you to know that you are strong and beautiful and you are a true inspiration I want you to know that. I'm so sorry for what you have gone through on what you're going through I lost my sister in 2012 and my mother is dying Germany because there was no health insurance here for. Please note that you are not alone there's days where I want to break down to I couldn't even imagine being in your shoes. I just felt that I needed to write this to you I don't know you like I said but I love you like a sister and you are in my thoughts and prayers! I try to take it day by day other days I want to crawl in a hole but I can't do that I have a son and I have to keep moving forward and stay positive. Just know that I'm here for you ☺️

This year started kind of crazy for me too. My grandpa got sick but he healed, and now is doing very good; my aunt divorced, and more. I have been going through a lot of stress because of my final exams (in Italy we have one big final exam at the end of highschool), and i've been feeling really alone and disconnected with the world. Sitting in the cvs parking lot trying to figure out which Milani lip gloss flavor you raved about (to lift my quarantine spirits) and as a fateful coincidence, I click this video. I love every drugstore video, but this one is extra great for your reminder of being intentional. I find myself feeling stuck on autopilot so often and hate that feeling, but what you said about really focusing on the things you can control makes so much sense! Thank you for helping us get in the right mindset with you! This time of year is always the hardest with the sun going down so early, it’s grey outside daily, and super cold....BUT I’m thankful I’m able to see another day and want to do better making each day count💜

How is your makeup toxic? This clean thing has been a trend and a lot of it is bullshit. Its marketing and fear mongering. Everything is made of chemicals. A lot of natural things are allergens and also cause irritation. There is a balance in everything. Clean makeup isn't any cleaner than makeup that doesn't say "clean".

I worked as a cos lead and when I would scan out makeup for salvage SOO much of it especially in NYX scans out TOXIC.

Emmi Su I have an app called “think dirty” and it tells you the ingredients in your beauty routines. I have quite sensitive skin (I’ve had allergic reactions to some makeup products) and so I decided to try it.

Yes, I always like to shop from my own stash. I like to rotate my makeup weekly. Always good feeling when you use all that you have. And sometimes I'm like hey, I forgot I have this, it works so nicely. 💕

I love that you were real with us in this video! I found myself reflecting on what you had to say, and it applies to my.lifenin so many ways. It is so nice to relate to someone who is going through the same thoughts and ideas and such. My family has been waiting for a remodel on our floors for over a month. We have four kids in southern Utah and can't wait for it to get hot out.

I imagine the launch is a lot like having a newborn. We prepare as much as possible but there’s no way to prep for everything...so then you take what comes and roll with the punches. It seems like you’re handling things well! It’s helpful when we’re in a funk as you described, being grateful is wildly helpful. And like you said, take steps where you can to feel like you’re taking action. High five 🙌🏻. Over here in Cali, it’s practically summertime weather and I wish time didn’t pass so quickly. But Time-and Gravity always win, haha.

Hello from Seattle! I am an older woman who usually gravitates towards the more “mature” beauty bloggers. I have always loved makeup and probably always will! You have such a genuinely lovely and gracious spirit about you that you have become one of my favorite youtubers to watch! Good talk today, I certainly can relate about having good things happening in life and being grateful for them, but still also having down days sometimes too. You are on the right track with balancing those days with feeding good things to your mind, body, and spirit. My health hasn’t been the best lately but I make sure I put makeup on every day. No matter what. It makes me feel good that I do have some control. Some may say “ what’s the big deal “ it is a big deal when you don’t have control of your health. Loved the no makeup look. That mascara made your lashes look extra long. Gotta get me some!

You don’t realize how blessed and lucky you truly are sometimes. I know we all have bad days but you are outstandingly lucky compared to most of us. Like me for example I am disabled, I have a chronic pain condition, I live in pain every day no matter what I do everything I do is painful. Including things like hugging my son or walking to get my mail, things like putting on my makeup ,getting dressed and facing the day a lot of times it’s a struggle. I do it every day to maintain being myself. I’m not saying this to make you feel bad or to make you feel bad for me. But sometimes it’s not about remind yourself to eat right and exercise and things like that. I know that sometimes people forget how lucky they actually are. I never forget how lucky I am to have the people in my life that make my life worth getting out of bed every day and facing everything. I just wanted to remind you how blessed you are to not have to deal with all these things. I hope this did not come off rude or disrespectful because it’s not the way I meant it. I just wanted you to appreciate how wonderful your life is and how much you have. You have done great things and I hope you continue to do great things, and I hope you get everything you dream of.
