I'd gladly buy it on its own but I'm a console player, so I will be forced to buy Cats and Dogs too.

I got it because it was free… I don’t even have Cats and Dogs, so the only thing it adds are some pet themed objects I think. Or if it does add anything interesting, I haven’t seen it yet. I already assumed it wouldn’t work properly since I don’t have the pets pack, but I couldn’t say no to a free download hah

As a builder, I love the egg bed and a cat lamp from there, my builds are finally complere (also got this for free)

They get us to get it for free, realize that a lot of it has Cats and Dogs stuff so we buy Cats and Dogs too

I love the retail-aspect and baking skill so much, that those alone make the pack worth it imo. I use them all the time. (Price though :( )

probably one of the best on the entire franchise. If I don't misunderstood it, this is the first time we can go with our sim to their job, it's so cool

honestly i enjoyed and played with this EP so much and probably the most tbh ! back in 2015 the packs felt like they gave what they could and were finding their footing with TS4, compared to packs that came after City Living (I think) it's definitely one of the best imo

​​​@@ugh7813 if you don't count professions from the sims 3 as "jobs" then yes, it's the first time, otherwise they were firstly added in sims 3 (detective, firefighter, ghost hunter, stylist, babysitter, bands if you want to count the gigs lol, singer, magician, acrobat, lifeguard and medical+actor career added some in-world quests)

People still hate on it so much but it actually has gameplay that can be used in ANY world or play through. I wish the community board thingies could be turned off or better controlled without mods, and for it to be easier to get an industrial footprint, but overall it doesn't deserve the hate. People were just mad because they wanted schools and look how that turned out lol.

It's frustrating to see how they take advantage of people's fear of missing out on certain content. Even if they don't have much money, some individuals still end up buying it because they don't want to be left behind while others have contents they don't. That's why I dislike it when they excessively promote paid content on the homepage, especially now that they've added this unnecessary shopping cart feature. It feels like they're encouraging people to spend their money recklessly without a care, and this is disgusting.

Truly, given that every new update and pack seems to break the game even worse. The newest update is apparently corrupting peoples entire save files. Previous updates have accidentally deleted the game from people's libraries altogether. EA won't fix the bugs because they know they don't need to make it fun to play. They don't need to deliver a good quality product, they just they just need to keep shipping out piecemeal garbage that will RUN most of the time and us autistic girlies will keep shelling out because they have our special interest in a chokehold. This game costs over a grand, and buying it isn't really owning it. Doesn't guarantee you access, doesn't guarantee you can use the product the way you want to. The only way to win is to pay what it's actually worth - which is, in it's current state, nothing.

The celebrity disguse is a baseball cap. That is so ridiculous it's like Clark Kent's glasses but it's also briliant. I love that pack. Also I gave Judith Ward a power suit and neck length bob makeunder. She rocks now. Get Together is just brilliant.

They didn’t give us dog houses because it’s cruel, but filling a coffee table with live fish was ok? Gotta love Sims 4 logic… (And base game only lets you keep fish in bowls, which is actually cruel because you can’t maintain correct water temperature and chemistry in a space that small. Even betta fish need a minimum of 2-5 gallons for that reason.)
