Don't be part of the problem. The only hope we have of saving the game is if the community stands together united against these changes. When people who haven't been around since the beginning say things like "it's not so bad , embrace the change" it dilutes our boycott power. We need to stop playing the second this seasonal crap launches. Once they see that it's costing them money they will have to bend or shut down the servers.

I was being sarcastic but at the same time hoping you wouldnt wanna do that. I like seasonal characters in games...like Diablo, Warhammer, POE, and I'm sure theres more indont know about but they been doing if for years. Division tho has not and to do it at the end of a dying game is dumb and a smack in the players faces. If they started Div2 like that itll be different, or Div3, I'd be like, ok cool. But not at the end. Its idiotic
I agree 100% I hate when content creators don't show the overall build so we can see what piece of the gear is highlited when they are in the inventory screen. It's right trigger button on Xbox and G button on pc. This is TD2 not TD1, the functionality is in the TD2 game.
And then they join a 4 player group and die... over and over again. No kills = No AOK, no bonus armor = no intimidate = no damage = chatterbox reload -> enemies rush past you and shoot you in the back. 416k on chatterbox aint impressive, that's almost at full blue tank damage with proper gear. Just because you are fed up with proven builds doesn't make a snowflake build good.
I’m ngl. His build isn’t horrible. But like Dod said. You can do it better with Hunters Fury. Both of my examples are running gunner with a Chatterbox rolled with DtToC Running 2pc Sokolov red core, CHC/CHD(obliterate chest, bloodsucker bp) and 4pc HF (2 blue core 2 red) all rolled CHD and CHD mods wherever you can put them. If you have all of that maxed out + SHD lvl 1000, you’re sitting at 1.1 mil armor, 58% CHC (closest you can get without going over on this set up), and 173% CHD, 50% HoK On top of 30% AoK and bonus armor from bloodsucker. With max expertise that’s 106k damage (117k to targets out of cover) not factoring in obliterate, Apex Predator bonus damage, DtToC, or crit damage. Alternatively if you really wanna run a 90 round mag, you can do 2 brazos (picaros holster rolled with CHC and chest with obliterate CHC/CHD and a CHD mod) with Ninjabike BP with a CHD mod and 3pc HF all rolled weapon damage, CHD and CHD mods where applicable. This gives you 2 blue cores, 6 reds, and 2 yellow. Once again assuming you have all rolls maxed and max expertise, you’re sitting at 1.1 mil armor, 58% CHC, 134% CHD, 30% AoK, 50% HoK, 115k damage (126k to targets out of cover) once again not factoring any of the bonus damage from Apex Predator, CHD, or obliterate. I get trying “fun builds” and am all for it. But making this kind of build then acknowledging it can be done better is hurting yourself in the long run.
It's a meme build. Realistically, you will have to reload at some point whether it be because you shot a weakpoint and it exploded which doesn't count as a Chatterbox kill, or if you end up facing two beefy enemies in a row where the first one dies within the upgrade mag size but the second does not because you only got 50% of that mag back. Chatterbox goes from 'better than Ouroboros' to a wet fart when you lose your stacks.
“You can kill a named enemy with one mag” well I hope so you have 90 fuckin rounds! I’d rather run my all blue regen build with 115kps and 600k armor on kill. Throw out a drone and turret and let the test subject eat.
I get wanting to mix it up a bit cause running the same old gear gets boring but that build of his is bloody ridiculous. I mean half the build is pointless, Picaros for me is so overrated it’s unbelievable. Comes across as the guy just doesn’t understand how pointless his build is. I don't like builds that are built around survivability. I'll have either Gunner, a Memento or one piece of Palisade if I feel like I need some survivability. Having AOK, Regen AND bonus armour just doesn't make sense to me.

true.. the rpm boost on chatterbox is as good as the ammo refill. it's my go to skill on descent.. m60, boost the ammo up to 200, get chatter box buff actives. easy run on descent lol.
so does his build not take out Heroic content? yes it does....yes you can get higher with striker or hunters but he built a good build to use. I get it you and all the other dudes are all about high-end DPS builds striker and hunters and that stuff...but come on there is other stuff to use...now if he had said this is a great build for group play or leg. Yes, there is other stuff in the game, but a very large portion of it is now redundant, and has no merit. If you were to ask me for a screwdriver, I am not going to teach how to make a golden hammer, and that is exactly what this video is. And if "fun" is the metric you use, then we have nothing more to talk about.
Dod's criticism isn't the issue. The problem lies with individuals who may not grasp the constructive purpose of criticism and view it solely negatively. @@DavionAngeles do with that in mind then...the only buids you need for any content in div 2 is striker and hunter's that's it...I mean those build can get through anything and fast and are some of the top DPS builds...so there who needs feedback or anything....I mean I get what you are saying but this is a game not school...thanks..
I dont know, if you ever played "path of exile" Dod. The meaning of "unicorn" exists over there has a slightly different, but more understandable term : "off-colour". Its more intuitive.
Gear set is still pretty bad, if it was more like striker and just stacked from body shots it’d be worth while but even then the damage simply just isn’t very good at max stacks
the gearset isn't good but the brandset can make rifle builds more viable in solo pve scaling. for 4-man groups if everyone else is running strikers then you will still be left in the dust. hah. but it's good to build for solo pve farming just to spice things up. and yes even an all blue strikers build can still clear the solo content faster.
Both the new gear set and high end gear are way under performing. Tested lots of variations of things to see if the added rifle damage is better but it's still no where near as good as 3 piece providence, fox's, contractors and 1 W&H
If this were DOD with Hunter's Fury, he'd be too far away for the Fury range while mouth breathing about what all other players should be doing while he doesn't. Please keep the mouth breathing videos coming.
Are those calcs including the hunters fury 4 piece buff? If so disregard them and see the difference. The 20% smg buff is nice but when you throw in the other parts the non hf build may be slightly better. In saying that yes those pieces are unicorns though a few of us have them.
A few things to notice, he did mention that he is over the CHC cap due to the rolls he was able to get. Second, not once in the video he said this is the best run and gun build or better than H's Fury. Third, the H's Fury build you keep referring to, he already posted that build twice on the channel. In short, this was simply a different approach to a run and gun AOK build. Not defending him or anything but we need to realize the game isn't all about H's F and Strikers. If the title said "BEST/OVERPOWERED RUN&GUN BUILD" or "HARDEST HITTING", then yes I'm with you but It clearly wasn't.
Dod always misses the nuance. Magazine size is critical for running incessant chatter unless you are able to hit every shot and magically stop shooting exactly when you kill each enemy while firing at 1000+RPMs. This is why an M60 with incessant chatter is way op in Desent mode.
I have to Argue Hunters Fury is garbage. The only thing this build is good for is door camping. the NPC's run around way to fast and to far from each other for this build to be affective is you don't know the spawn pionts. I have yet to see a video of someone with a build video that isn't filled with clips of them catching NPC's coming out of a door way. show me an open world video of them sorounded by NPC's. I have Builds that are far better then any Hunters Fury build anyone can put together. I have Never been able to get Hunter's Fury to work in a control point in the open world and I can barely get to the end of a mission with out dying over and over again because I can't make it to the spawn point of the NPC's before that come out of the door because there is always that one NPC's that Runs and runs and runs to get away from you.
@@Swampdonkey796 I should have to run to spawn points so that the build work. don't you see that. You should be able to survive no matter were you are with the build, not just at the spawn points. If the build is good you shouldn't have to camp and memorize spawn points. The build should perform well for new or old players. I'm not saying that I don't know the spawn point I'm saying. I'm saying that if the build was good it would needed to be situational. hence spawn points...
Sounds like a you problem, I run HF with Scorpio, Emalines gaurd, momentos backpack, and Zero F's chestplate all built into crit hit chance and damage. I use this build for almost all the content in the game on herioc, the only draw back is it doesnt perform super well in countdown
You're making my point for me. Dod himself said if you're putting more survivability into the build, your purposely Nurffing yourself. (ZERO F's, Momento backpack). Now your doing less damage and relying on the Mem. Backpack and ZeroF's the keep you alive and not the Armor on kill from the HF build Dod Boasts is so good. As well as telling me you really wouldn't recommend running it for said thing. I rest my case
