This is easy decision in my opinion. Rip down the current storage area. Lift goes to the right side as you drive into the door so you can leave a car on it out the way. Then build a full mezzanine all the way across the unit and as deep as you can before hitting the ramp so you almost double your space. You can build the mezzanine from scaffolding poles and then you have all the ground floor space for cars and above for sofa and parts. Easy.
