Have to pot the top set of AA in the double board bomb pot , if he has any not so great hand or weak two pair on bottom you want to SCOOP the pot , no way in hell he’s checking j10 at the end and even if he is he would still need two pair or better to scoop, Need to apply max pressure and try to scoop

This is my home room. This must have been the Wednesday the power went out and they shutdown. I drove all the way down after work just to discover they were closed.

did your results include the quad bonus? if it did, wouldn't you have a loss without the quads?

Hi Kyle. I do videos to, not poker ones but I tried to do as you do and throw in some short movie clips. I tried doing this using a few things from RU-vid. Failed. Can you share how you do it? Thx bud

You can screen record clips playing on you computer or digital download movies that you own to your computer and cut it that way.

Not betting the river in that bomb pot is criminal. It’s basically impossible for you to not be good on at least one of the boards so you bet massive to try to fold out his hands that would beat you on the bottom board but are too weak to call. There’s no downside, only upside. No excuse for not betting.

Question for you Kyle… when you hit a promo like the $500 quads, do you track that with your regular winnings or do you track separately?

I add it all together as, I play enough where the rack back is somewhat owed. Like if I played in a time racked or membership based club my win amount would be a lot higher as I am very active, play and win a lot of hands, so 8$ a had before tip defiantly adds up.

Did I see the dealer pull $12 from the bomb pot pot? WTH is the rake at that place?

It is 12 for the PLO double board. 6 for regular hands.

Great vlog, Kyle! Just fyi, a 4bet to 290 is way, way too big. I would recommend something like a size of 200 over a $90 3bet.

@@AtownOriginal I mean you can say this, but I am literally staring at GTOx right now haha. As for the "why", especially in position, this just isn't true, and if BB really does continue 3bet range (e.g. AJs, AQo, wheel aces) then we are printing. I am staring at the output on my other monitor, not sure what to tell ya

Is the guy to your right conducting a symphony or trying to slap fight a ghost? Hard to see or hear anything else in this video. Specifically during the queens hand.

Is it just me or does Kyle just not bet his hands nearly as much as he should? I feel like a lot of the times he makes a made hand he always checks or just-calls one street too many to “keep bluffs in.” Like, for the set of 5s hand, I just don’t see how the prospect of getting two-street block bet bluffs for value is better than getting much much more value when the villain actually has a hand. If you are so worried about folding out the villains hand than start raising some bluffs.

For sets+ I feel like in lower stakes games, your opponents do not have bluff at the correct frequency. They are almost never going to bluff raise you and continue barreling. Some players also over fold top pair or middle pair to aggression because they feel they don't have a nutted hand (my next video I raise in an A high board get AK to fold / Raise on a K high board get KQ to fold (ridiculous from GTO perspective)) Additionally I am balanced in my bets vs check call. This video specifically I just c bet with QQ on 8 high board and just win. Sometimes I bet, sometimes I check call. Possible check call more often than is optimal. Will definitely give you that.

@@kylefischl6841That analysis is valid, it is just that for me, a good rule-of-thumb is that I never respond to passiveness/weakness by being passive myself. I’d prefer to just punish them by punking them with aggression until they respond with the proper stickiness/aggression. Like, force them to make them reconsider their TPTK folds so then when they finally make their stand, they run into bottom set. Like, with the set of 5s hand, you were in position. I can’t imagine ever wanting to check a hand like bottom set back on a straightening board like that. Too much value to be had and enough to protect against, and the pot is just simply way too small to be worried about balancing you “check back” range. That seems like an over-correcting balance.
