kudos, Charles! I learned A LOT! I just recorded my best ride in a 140km, 2,342m elevation gain route while applying the stuff that I learned from this series. I hope you get to do more of this kind of content. It really helps a common cyclist like myself to be better! PS: consciously pulling the bar instead of involuntarily pushing it in climbs makes a world of difference in my experience!
Thank you Charles! I did learn alot watching. One think that stuck out to me, was when Colby said: pro riders pedal and create power with their hips, not their knees. Cheers, be well.
Great content Charles. Seriously impressive. You make the Quebec's cycling community quite proud. Shout out to you. Si t'as envie de rouler à Québec avec un de tes auditeurs, fait moi signe. Merci pour la série.
Yeah man a lot of armatures like myself understand how a paceline works from watching races but how many of us implement it on our group rides? The pedal stroke efficiency is something that we should think about too until it gets ingrained. Great work.
This series has been very educational and entertaining at the same time, well done in balancing both aspects. This is worthy of being on every cyclist's saved list. 😉 Congratulations on the training camp too. Merci à Charles! 👌
Great series. Great conclusion, keep innovating💡 Here are some comments, I mean no disrespect. The "coming up next" and the "in the next episode" are long. They make me want to skip. It's something you can cut or rework for your next series. The audio when Zack gives a speech during the wine testing seams out of sync with the video. Though the audio was sync in other sections like Zach's award ceremony.
Bravo Charles.
