Fix what? They're following the laws in place. You want to change it, you're going to need to go to Congress and change Copyright Laws, Safe Harbor Laws, and the DMCA.

I feel that if you aren't making money off of a video with music, you shouldn't have the risk of having your channel taken down. Inferno has 2 strikes now... 3 and he's out. Over what? Using music for a video that he didn't even monetize? I know what you are saying is logical, but come on man.

I mean, is it just me, or does Crossing Field sound suspiciously similar to this song? I mean, you might want to send them a copyright claim. Out of interests of your own artistic property, they "obviously" stole. Right?
This is why we don't see musical acts on RU-vid getting big anymore... RU-vid has facilitated an environment where creators are so restricted that they can't upload anything without fearing for the well-being of their channel.
yep! Tried DJ'ing on livestream, almost immediately while streaming started getting copyright claims flooding in my inbox. Discouraged me from continuing out of fear I'd get my channel taken down or something and ended the stream. Now I stream other stuff on Twitch and I'm loving it! I upload my streams after the fact to RU-vid, but every single one gets claimed, even if the music is really soft in the background and I'm talking to the camera. One is so bad, I made an instructional video about cutting sound clips and creating a soundboard, and I have like 10 claims on the video from all these companies. I only used short 20 seconds clips, and the video is technically fair use because it's for instructional purposes, but if I tried to fight all of them, I'd probably get my channel taken down.
You might just have to start hosting videos on Liveleak or Pornhub since your content is apparently SO CONTROVERSIAL that Sony & YT have resorted to Jihad.

I primarily use Sony Vegas, but I do also work with other software. I have a playlist on my channel page that shows some breakdowns on how I edit videos if you want.
This whole thing reminds me of the Star Wars Theory incident. Only I doubt we'll see someone like Lucas Films ride in and help our little boy Inferno here.

I really love ds youtubers who just toss around videos with face reveals. I want to see: LimitBreakers, oroboro, paragon, patokia, Ray Dhimitri, Magicat, Fighter.pl, ChaseTheBro, Ymfah and others face reveals. Please, I don't want to die without this cursed knowledge.
