I get the impression Vic and Bob don't laugh because they've done it so long they've probably sickened themselves of their own type of humour which is what Joe's comedy centres around. Bob on WILTY seems very genuine and happy to have a laugh so I don't see him being the jealous or purposely spiteful type of guy

Jon letting someone feed him a toffee is possibly the most out of character moment in the show's history.
