starting points were week 1, week 8 (or 10 something like that), week 17 and postseason last year. theyll update it soon.

They used to update it every week, but starting in M22 (I think), they started only updated it in the following time slots: A) Preseason (Madden's Release) B) Week 1 C) Week 8 (After the Trade Deadline) D) Start of the Postseason E) End of the Postseason@@jacobplayz3530

I can confirm that dev trait can upgrade on a rookie hidden dev. I got 2 upgrades in 2 weeks on Emmanuel Forbes in my own Commanders franchise. Also got one on BJ Ojulari when I did the Cardinals.

They did a better job of expanding the draft classes this year, there are some 20 year old players on occasion and some other older players too. We had a 27 year old qb in the first once.

I only ever draft Qb's with either 'stands tall in the pocket = ideal sense of pressure' or failing that if the stats are mostly A-B's, 'could us some help recognising pressure = average sense of pressure' if i'm doing a Sim/rebuild save. The other pressure traits get sacked too much in Sim mode
