I think it's a quirk of TV censoring, you can say "ass" on TV, but "asshole" is extra naughty. So it's one of those things where you can bleep out the "hole" and still meet the standard.

But then that line, "Oh what a laugh it would have been if daddy had only seen mommy kissing Santa Claus last night." The kid thinks dad catching them would be funny. Why? In what way? Would dad's humiliation be funny? Would dad beating mom be funny? Would dad killing Santa be funny? Would the resulting divorce be funny? This kid is sick in the head.

I think this skit is depicting 20 years earlier - the 1940's. If you look at the magazine at the beginning of video, it reads "Saturday Evening Post" which is from that time. The price of magazine is 5¢ (it's been a long time since any major publication was only 5¢!), and the cover art itself is definitely from that era. Her look & hairstyle are also 1940's, if you watch any old movies from that time. They did a great job on this :)

I thought that was the direction this skit was going to go in too, and I even liked the retro 50's vibe at first. But then, unfortunately it took a creepy, sexual turn minutes later. Children shouldn't see that. Thank God the actress playing the child was actually an adult, and that they weren't actually related because that would be weird for anyone to see their parents doing sexual things.

I can't help but laugh every single time I see Scarlett do that "Git 'im!" face and little jabs when Husband is assaulting Santa. She just makes me laugh so much in this. Everyone was great in this.
