Pearls are found in between mantle of pearl oyster and very rare also ,and all those pearls she took comes from its mouth opening not from its intestine ,so she probably stuff them via mouth just for video.

I think she stuffed the pearls after opening the fish’s stomach. Because the fish’s mouth seems to be very closed compared to the size of the pearls so she didn’t put them through his mouth. And there are just too many for a small fish to “eat” that much.
