If you read this, thank you so much for making Dany, Pau and Ale feel welcome and safe during their performance. I'm sure they were nervous as hell and it helped seeing you!
I remember them mentioning it later, but honestly when they preformed they did not seem nervous at all. They were that good. I do know pau communicated alot in Spanish between songs to guide Dany and Ale (I don't speak Spanish so I don't know what was being said exactly but that was the guist of what I could gather)
@@soulexchangemusicI read a comment in another video that the acts were given multiple takes for each song, but that DPA only needed one take for each (I assume that is for the short as well as the full version for each song). If that is true, how tough was it to stay focussed on each performance? I would have found it very difficult in a multiple take environment, but that is just me.
@roywall8169 kinda, kallii had to retake twice a few times, when it came to renie Rapp we had to do several retrys because her and her keyboard player were not on the same page. The Warning I think only retool once or twice and even the first takes were the best out of all three of the performers thst night
Thank you for being there representing TWA and sharing your first-hand experience. I know they appreciated having some supporters there. I'm sure most of us are feeling an overwhelming sense of pride and excitement for them today and are desperately searching any and all clips/info from the VMA's. Great story, and how cool to be a part of their history.
So cool of you to post this! Thank you for going for it at the show! Seriously, you made the whole thing so much more special and, might I add, effective! That must have been awesome beyond description.
It was, I honestly have no words for what I would say to Dany when I see her again. That was very very speical...imma be telling my future offspring about this moment. I have not slept much this past week just from all the sheer excitement!
It was truly the best time I tell you! And to think the day before I was fighting a day long anxity riddld panic attack that I would not be able to go 😂
Muchas gracias por tus amables palabras. Tengo hermanos, ¡así que el hermano complent significa mucho para mí! Pido disculpas si el español es malo, estoy usando el traductor de Google.
As Dany says.. Music is Life! Way to live yours Brother! Have to admit, it was a wild ride from the ticket application to the first show, then the 2nd show. Heck just getting there & back was a story by itself. Ya know what.. DPA have accrued so many unique stories like this, from people all over the world, over the last 10 + years. One day, a book could be wrote, sharing a bunch of those legendary fables. Yours would definitely be one of them. 🤘⚡🤘
What an awesome story, I’m glad you were there. But thankfully it looks like a bunch of the people around you were getting into it so it looked like there was a ton of enthusiastic people. Both songs sound incredible and the ladies gave 110%.
I think the More -> Evolve sequence can be viewed as a kind of gateway drug into hard rock. More being a bit more poppy, so accessible to an MTV audience. Then it sets them up nicely for Evolve. 👍
Haha so your were that crazy guy who I saw vibing like someone possessed on the live full performances 🤣🤣🤣 Bro’ you’re a credit to TWA, you rocked 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
@@soulexchangemusic hell yeah bro they’re gonna bring REAL music back to mtv and all other platforms… and it’s crazy that Dany is my age they are already veterans in my opinion… what a time to be alive
Funny, you said people were saying "who?" when The Warning was announced, because if I would have been there, I would have been like "who?" to every other act at the VMAs. Happy for you and happy the girls knew they had support.
Nice story! And it’s true, it’s amazing how much these ladies appreciate their fans! Great you gave them a good feeling! In the full videos I saw some fans in the front who sung every single verse, like you! I saw them only once, in London, the private show, and it was a night I will always remember! Thanks for sharing your MTV experience! Greetings from Germany 👍⚡️🤘 P.S…. Rewatched Evolve… I guess it was you! Saw you in the Evolve full video! 🤘
You're lucky man, And you know how well That made Dany feel. That probably helped her nerves right off the bed. God bless you God bless the warning and God bless rock and roll⚡️⚡️⚡️⚘️⚘️⚘️
Wife and I got to see them when they were touring with Lzzy Hale and Halestorm a couple years in Corpus Christi. We thought they were really good. Pretty cool they got to perform at the VMA's.
The Warning’s VMA performance is spectacularly jaw dropping. After seeing the VMA-Warning vids, out of curiosity I tried watching other of the VMA performances. They were, to be as honest as I can without being too unkind at the same time, awful and unwatchable for me. The Warning at the VMAs looked like a single blooming rose in the middle of a dystopian wasteland of mediocrity, cliches, and over-produced pablum.
You are now immortal! Im sure by now you saw the video director who did not know the band afterwards screaming Holy Shit, Holy Shit! Im a fan now!. Priceless.
Loved your video recollection of seeing the Warning at the VMA’s. What a cool experience. I became aware of them just after their VMA performance when I came across the 2015 Enter Sandman cover on Facebook. That led me to their ‘21 Sandman rendition they did for the Metallica tribute album. I was in awe and became hooked. Been searching the internet for all things Warning ever since.
Your excitement was so contagious! This was their best moments of their career and you were the part of it. That must be the best night ever. Thank you for sharing this ❤
One reactor watching the VMA performances commented on you and said you were rocking out and wanted to be your friend and go to a Warning concert with you LOL !!!!
I'm glad you made this video. When I saw you in the audience I thought it was another reactor on RU-vid (I forget his name) but I see you are a little younger than him. If I remember his name, I'll post a link so you can see the resemblance.
Took me a while but I found it. When I saw you in the audience, I thought you were this guy. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nNgbeOLj-rM.htmlsi=omZ4lyL0Vr1jff1c
I mean, I did review their music several years ago, but I no longer do that stuff (and I love them so much more then when I was introduced to them, and I really liked them back then too)
So pleased you made it! History in the making for our ladies and you were there to witness it too! Thank you for the offer of the other ticket but, unfortunately work commitment made it impossible for me that night. Nice story reflecting your experience and representing The Warning family. The VMA was a total success for our ladies and they rocked it on the night! We as Warning fans are experiencing a phenomenon and it’s not the destination that is important it’s the journey !! All the very best to you young man and Viva la Warning!!🤟🤟🤟❤️
Yes I was able to, and no problem with not being able to attend. Everything worked out the way it needed to so all the chaoticness to get there was not only worth it, but needed for me to be in the right place at the right time. All the best to you too sir, viva la warning!!! ❤❤
Story of a lifetime!! Way to soldier up and represent TWA, I'm thinking you're due for a promotion... And isn't just incredible on how The Warning always amps up their A game and brings such mind-blowing performances!?!
I was actually near the halfway point of people brought in so before dany brought me up front I was like 5 people behind, which is why you probably can't see me in the "more" preformence 😅
They definalty did. Don't feel too bad about not being selected, they are looking for a gen-z demographic so that's why I was one of the few warning fans there lol
The Warning VMA's performance is legendary in Rock's history. You are part of it.! Congratulations and thank you very much.! The Warning is the best rock band of this era.
@SoulExchange - Mahalo, Merci, Muchas Gracias for posting your experience! I totally get that folks around you did not know The Warning...but how about after they played More? Did folks start talking amongst themselves? Did they start texting? And after Evolve...what was the buzz in general with people around you?
Their was a strict no phone policy our phones were sealed in bags to keep the illusion that it was airing on Friday. I cannot tell how the crowd reacted during evolve because I was too focused on headbanging and Dany but it seemd like after everyone really enjoyed it!
i was the girl in the dress next to you in the front !! the group of girls i was with were the ones that wanted you to come to the front, i felt alone in screaming the songs i need someone to match the energy lol you were so sweet and i’m so glad someone else there knew who they were
@@soulexchangemusic Now this month they are being featured in the MTV "PUSH" series, where they dedicate a whole month to an artist. I watched an interview and performance today on MTV.
Thank You Brother !!! Holy .... !!!! MTv did not show full songs at the time... but I get ya !! Glad I got to see Them in a venue 2023 (about 8 ft right in front of Ale )...... I could not move I was So captivated !!! So glad that You got to see this ! The Ladies are going to places Beyond the Moon !!! Cheers !!!
Watching the video it looked like the crowd was really getting into the music. I’ve always been impressed with how well they do with audiences that don’t know them.
Their harmonies sounded the best I’ve heard from them and Ale really stood out to me as a Rockstar. Were their instruments live also? It was hard to tell, they are so perfect live!
It had to be awesome to be right up front! This performance introduced me to the band and I am now a 62-year-old member of TWA! I haven't heard a bad song from them yet. Three incredibly talented and charismatic young ladies. You can proudly show that video to your kids and grandkids and tell them "look who got invited up front by the lead singer"!!
Thank you for sharing this great story....and yes, you were Rocking out in the Evolve set....Thanks for showing the Ladies the Love of TWA!!! Just received my XXI Century Blood and Error CD's and my Warning Hoodie, and Tee as well. Rock on The Warning!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘
This is great.Confirmed what a few others said they made a full recording and the 45 second version.I would have loved to have been there and got pointed out just for being a big fan of this great Pauer trio from Monterrey. You earned a new sub..and will post on facebook pages I mod for for TheWarning. Great post thanks much!!
I wondered who the fans were in the front singing along in the full video! How awesome! Thank you for representing all of us there at the VMAs, and thank you for sharing your experience with us!
Thanks for posting this, man. It is great to live the moment through your explanations; an awesome and special moment, indeed. Greetings from Madrid, Spain.
Dude, you're a rock star! Thanks for supplying your energy and support at the show and thanks for sharing your story here and giving us a bit of a play by play of their performance!
I have got to be 100% honest, I have no freaking idea, as I was just getting really into it I do see during more these two girls who were in the group of people that asked about the band started to headband too, and after everything was over when they passed by they said "I'm so happy for you" I was too winded to respond back lol
