He said in a new videos that you focus on one task at a time. Master getting the emails down. Then once you have people replying (a/b test) then work on planning the meeting from the calanders and the deliverables. However, Jim worked at IBM to learn this skill so he had a background in delivering his service. So I would say start with a service you are confident in delivering and utilize these techniques to reach target customers 👍
