My family has been in Indonesia for 35 years, my dad died there so we buried him on the property under some birds of paradise. You are like my family and I appreciate your good words and actions to the Indonesian culture. They are great people and the food is amazing as you know.
@@widjiro yes it does. You can take an American and drop them in Mongolia to hunt argali and have a great hunt despite not knowing the language. You can take a Frenchman and put them in a canoe on a lake in Minnesota and watch him light up as he catches his first fish. Examples go on and on. It transcends because we ALL come from a strong heritage of hunting and fishing.
Watched one video, subscribed immediately. Being a spear fisher myself, watching your technique and the banter you have with your mates brings back great memories. Terima kasi my friend
Masha Allah The adzan at the beginning very beautiful. And thanks for sharing your biggest catch to the locals. "good people always being surrounded by good people" Amin🤲
It honestly warmed my heart that you didn’t keep the fish to your self like most would, instead gave it to the locals and making sure everyone got a free meal. It makes me so happy ejehjehdka
I can say I have never seen your videos before and I’ve honestly never even considered what spear fishing is like but wow! That was incredible, I did not realize people fished like this. Not just because I’m living a pretty cozy life on land but because I never think about fishing anymore and I don’t even eat fish so just doesn’t come to mind. Anyways, that was really impressive and now I’m hungry and want to try fish lol still just amazed at how you actually fought a fish in water that’s cool af
I absolutely love the merch. It means a lot to the buyer because they know who they’re supporting but they can also wear it out in public without looking like a complete idiot.
Yo. This video was fucking fantastic. I really loved it, like between that dope stone shot and then giving it to people who could really use it, top freaking notch my guy 🤙
“I shit you not some dude who was as white as the sand showed up with this big ass fish and then just dipped. We don’t know where he came from and we haven’t seen him since”
When I spearfished as a young man, the favorite thing for me was the "giv-a-way" at the end of the day. Those I gave to always tried to trade me back anything they had of value. Anytime I was ever around those people, I always had plenty of rice and a place to sleep.
It warms my heart knowing that not only dpes he fish sustainably he also gives food to the poor remote villagers who are living on what they catch for the day
When I'm in a bad mood, I always come back to see this video. Remind me how good life's can be. Sharing happiness to everyone. Specially for Indonesian myself, you're a legend ❤
That turned out to be a great fishing trip and you are AWSOME!! Real humanitarians still exist in our troubled world. Please do a de javu video if you ever do this over again.
God bless ya mate, love the fact ya left the rat race and went off to Bali teaching kids English on the internet, leaving you loads of time to do the thing you love the most and giving away wot you catch to people who really appreciate gifts (not like the rest of the world😢 too commercialised) the look on those people’s faces is the best gift anyone could receive, nicely done man,I’m proper jealous of the life you live, keep on doin the shit that makes ya who ya are🫶🏻🤟🏻❤️🇬🇧
