The sleep paralysis method Is legit and If you Emme, made a video on how you usually enter sleep paralysis and the method Itself In depth I am extremely sure It'd be a successful video as this one. Hiya! So things fading in and out of your CR (that aren't meant to be there), is a sign of shifting? During my previous attempts in awake methods, I've experienced this. I used to open my eyes after a while, and there were objects around, fading out of sight FAST. (Tea cups, which is something I scripted in my WR). I was wondering if that meant I was on the right track, or on the verge. I never really understood. ^^' I also got to see a BUNCH of autumn leaves, once. It was on my dorm door (scattered and flat like it laid on a window,) before it faded completely.

I don't know exactly how to induce sleep paralysis, but what I realized is that whenever I wake up in the middle of the night or morning and I think a lot as I am going back to sleep I would get sleep paralysis. This is just my experience!! There are plenty of videos on RU-vid that can help you with inducing sleep paralysis 😌

Don't take it that way please. Shifting is not a sin, it's literally a spiritual practice for some people (like in Hinduism for eg). It has nothing to do with witchcraft as you may think. It can only be bad when someone is too addicted to it, doesn't like this reality anymore and gave up on finding happiness. Please be more open minded and do some research :)
