I’m just enjoying these videos more and more. The fact you’ve brought the trucks and your now learning and fixing them yourself marks your journey. My Forester had OEM Geolanders, mud and snow, amazing tyres. Swapped across axles every year, had them swapped after 6 years and 45,000 miles, but only because the walls were cracking, tread was still 4mm.

Love the content mate, you're a top guy but you really need to start using your brain more... you had the floor done in acrylic white, then decided to strip the chassis in there, staining the floor, and now you're shot blasting on it... it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that you shouldn't do this stuff. EDIT: That acrylic flooring is pretty hard wearing, but i wouldnt be doing it myself lol

Tim if your spraying for long periods of time wear a mask I do spraying on planes and I would highly recommend wearing a mask with filters

The build is going awesome and should I say quite rapidly fast. Already done with sand blasting and I would say in the next part or the one after that, the chasis will already be on its way to get painted. Feel kinda sad that you need to hire guards to guard the truck at festivals during the nights but sometimes its what needs to be happening. I think in general companies that do guarding should do more patrols and what not in the area and stop anything suspicious they will see going on.

use some masking tape to make a little "beak" on your paint can, then you can pour it without making any mess ....then peel off the tape and bin it 👍

Tim it essential tae leave the Brake cylinder on the Brake Calipper when shot blastin if the Tinniest amount gets in, ye can throw them Away and those are Expensive, better take the whole callpier off with the 2 10mm in the back. Also take all the angle pieces fittings and connectors off of the air part ye junkin And should've put cardboard under the Lorry for blasting and painting and buy a lot of Brake clean tae clean the dirt fae blastin off and swipe it, in only one direction. ALWAYS hold the Spray Gun straight up and go steady for a propper coat.
