I'm not saying that he destroyed all those layer, he only destroyed some. but the beem did pass through all of them. if you have a beem passing through 15. universes in 15 seconds that's so many times faster than the speed of light.

Bit late to this but I felt an overwhelming need to explain some things here. First of all, Karin falling and Ichigo rushing to save her should not be used in the arguement that Ichigo isnt light speed. This was used for dramatic effect as someone already mentioned below. Back in the Soul Society Arc Ichigo proved to be Light Speed by reacting to the light that slammed down on Aizen and the traitors. That is actual light. Even characters that were far below Ichigo in terms of raw stats were able to react to the same light. Byakuya uses a Lido POINT BLANK on Ichigo towards the end of their fight, which while he doesnt move away from, his eyes are able to look down at it before the spell is even fired. There are many places within nearly every arc of Bleach that can be used to calculate a base speed for Ichigo, but his speed far exceeds most of those. Calculations have been done by the RU-vidr named Clyde, who is an incredible expert on Bleach scaling, and he learned that Ichigo was not only High Planetary in Vasto Lorde form (the kickass monster form you see here) but that Ichigo had long since surpassed FTL. Bare minimum Ichigo is FTL+ and that's an honest to god lowball considering how Vasto Lorde is significantly weaker than current Ichigo.
