Sand, tape, mud, paint, forget about it Not an issue if you're not living there It's a tenent issue when the side of the building goes That must go down through all the units How does the Board not know about it Is it too expensive a fix for them or to much of an inconvenice to the residences to bother fixing I hope they have an engeering study on that
