Turning 90 degrees mid teamfight to bring the hammer down on Mei is absolutely peak Rein. He might not have the mechanical skill yet but underneath he’s got the Rein-heart.

I like that Flats doesn't straight up bully the Rein in this spectating bronze since he didn't roll in with a massive ego and also his dps really were just trolling

Imagine holding a game hostage for 30 min and being confident your skills will carry and outperform bronzes. Only to lose to those bronzes. I can't think of a better humbling experience.

I remember a Gold game with an absolute gigachad Sig and Bap who forced a win despite our DPS duo que pulling this crap. The trolls threatened to report them too for ruining their XP farming. You meet the best and worst of folks in this game, sometimes both at once.

Kind of off-topic, but I love the fact that two players on the enemy team are called "Feuerrabe" and "Feuerfrosch," which translates to fire raven and fire frog in German. They're probably a duo. (Edit: I kind of forgot that these are probably default Blizzard battletags. Still cute, though.)

Rein slam damage is honestly the one thing they should never remove from rein. The nerf was acceptable but being able to just "POP" instanuke someone that is right on top of you disrespecting your space. My mans needs it.

If you have 2 dps trying to draw out the game, the idea is to take the enemies dps and send them to spawncamp the trolls, and then everyone else plays a game without dps. Of course this requires basically the entire lobby to work together, but I believe in random strangers to also have a burning hatred for said trolls

I swear big streamers dont understand how often this happens. Regular players get these AFKs/trolls at least once a day. I climbed from bronze to diamond, nd i can tell u with absolute certainty that i found ppl like these in all the ranks. It gets less and less often the higher u go, but it still happens

I feel bad for the Rein having to take that L as collateral damage but hopefully he takes some solace in the fact that that Reaper got exactly what he deserved.

Does anyone know why Rein pin is so inconsistent? You can be standing dead center in front of him and it’ll bounce you off or you can be 3 feet above him and get vacuumed in and just die sometimes. Super annoying just for the uncertainty of playing with or against it

I still think making reins ult doing some damage was one of the best changes they made. I’m totally fine with it not being enough to one shot enemies, but even 100 damage is enough to secure a vital pick. I’m really liking where he’s at in the game. The other day I pulled up barrier at spawn for my widow, let her get some shots in without pressure. Then I dived onto payload to get it rolling.

8:54 Thats caused by the change spawn option they introduced a while back. When the point is lost you can tp to the new spawn but since it was the third point he just got tp'ed to the same spawn.

When you switched to Tracer it didn't actually go to her location, it just loaded in her guns and HUD on top of Rein's location. It did the same thing when you went from Cass to Tracer.

I remember having this happen in plat as the two dps just went perma invis Sombra with a Tracer just blinking around enemies making fun of their aim. All the while once it mattered they would show up just to make the game longer... Was the only game I was glad we lost.

man this was really hard to watch. it was one of those games where you want to get out of it as fast as possible but some slimy troll keeps the entire lobby hostage.

Longer matches do give a little more xp but it's not a noticeable amount. Kinda annoying that they're doing this when new players just want to play the game.

Flats' energy in this is completely different than normal, its back to Old Flats, like Overwatch 1 reviews instead of the energy he normally has with this, and its almost offputting, but very much amazing to watch.

Got my game hijacked by a Lucio/Sombra throw duo pretending to be randoms and just trolling the game. The Sombra was actually playing their role at least, Lucio has 800 healing after 2 rounds, had 1 kill and 19 deaths. My only theory out of that game was that the Sombra was a smurf and playing the game to their advantage but the Lucio wasn't and was just hard throwing with their buddy in plat/diamond

Having confidence is some weird secret drug in videogames. I remember when i used to play fortnite. I spent a lot of months being awful and mostly hiding to win games. Every time i was convonced i was dead and just YOLO'd for the fuck of it, i would inexplicably do pretty well. Cut to a few months later where im already convinced that i know what im doing and im actually pretty good at the game. TL:DR get in there and trust yourself. You wont get it right every time, but you will be playing your best

Flats I really respect the pick to play L.A. Noire's main theme as the background music. Such great music

that teleporting in spawn at cap is fun, when they cap if your in spawn it gives you the "switch spawn" option, but it doesn't switch you, it just rerolls your position in the spawn room, and if you spam it you just blink around, only happens on payload defense in my experience

I remember this I was the zen (NAVYVIPER) and the dps was complaining about not getting healed fast enough

@9:12 I think it was a camera issue. You saw the camera for Tracer being in the same place as Rein's location and assumed Tracer was in Rein's location (but in reality, the camera hasn't moved to Tracer's actual location just yet).

8:54 The game gives you the option to switch spawn at the end of a round on def payload, but if you press it it just putts you back in that spawn at a difftent location... so spamming it can be... jarring

I had a game recently with the other team full of claimed gm smurfs who took the game to 9-9( 3 attacks each) and let us win because our team was chill about the whole thing. I was in bronze 3 at the time on dps.

Honestly I’m a mercy main in gold and 70% of the games I loose are from our DPS throwing because they won’t get off widow even when the enemy tank swaps to MONKIE, or a sombra rolls the back line because nobody will turn around, ironically enough I have over 100 blaster kills since I have to battle mercy everytime someone dives otherwise I just get picked.

I would say if not for these losers who have nothing better to do than bully Bronzes, Moo here would likely be on their way to Gold by now. They've got the spirit, just need to tuck away that fear and stop trying to snipe as Rein.

I’m not in bronze, but I’ve had many a game where there’s straight up nothing you can do when your team complete fails at everything and you just can’t do any more than you’re doing
